Our tech was John Paul Soto and he was amazing. He provided explanations and solutions in a way that was extremely professional, demonstrated care for the work and most importantly entertained all questions. The job was bigger than expected but they made sure to still complete in one day. I can not say enough positive words about my recent experience.
Was in a bit of a crunch to get a pipe fixed. Eric responded to the call quickly and was able to complete the repair in one visit. Appreciated his working quickly to get the job done.
Damon was a first class technician, he answered all of my questions. He called another JCFlood tech—Fred? forgive me , I am terrible remembering named. He went into great detail to offer the total price for this big job. He was great to work with, too!! I have tools and a drill press and other stuff to remove in order to make room for them to perform this huge plumbing job. Sadly, this will take some time for me to find help to remove this stuff so they can begin the job.
John Flood has been very helpful for me in making sure the nuts and bolts of my house (plumbing, HVAC) are in good working order. Reassuring to have them come and give a close look. James Brewer is personable and good at his job as a plumber.
"Shawn", the technician that provided the service call was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions snd concrrns and made sure that he explained the details of the servicing that I was scheduled to receive. He offeted helpful tips on monthly maintenance practices.
Extremely professional, quick, friendly and helpful. Eric was great! I hope I won't need his services too soon, but if I do. I'll ask for him.
John C. Flood was responsive when I needed a plumber, getting someone out to take care of my problem quickly. My technician, John Paul, was courteous and professional, and did a terrific, thorough job.
Our kitchen faucet hose was leaking and we were unable to use the kitchen sink. I thought that we would have to cancel our 4th of July weekend plans. Fortunately, we called John C. Flood and they sent a plumber to our house today, Sunday. Jason was terrific! He was professional, explained all our options clearly, answered our questions, fixed our faucet and unclogged our bathroom shower. We highly recommend James and John C. Flood. Thanks so much for coming out quickly on a holiday weekend!
Eric and his partner Nate replaced a hot water heater. They were polite, kind and did great work. I also had another technician there that day working on my heat pump. While I could have imagined this could have made it somewhat challenging ( heat pump and water heater were in the same space) - they worked very well together. I’d be happy to have them in my home again.
This is at least the 2nd time we've worked with Joshua. Both times he did an amazing job as well as being very professional and personable. Thank you Joshua!

Installed wrong thermostat. I will have to schedule another appointment and miss more work to have them come back. Luis and Jeremy were great. There is a disconnect between the written order and what was put on the truck installation. Someone along the way missed this and will cost me more money but no discount was offered. Please knock some of the cost off for your screw up. Thanks, Mark

John Paul Soto was very nice to work with, especially doing Plumbing on short notice. He’s energetic, knowledgeable, well trained, personable, and able to answer all questions. I was very glad for his assistance during this repair.
A/C was having trouble after changing Thermostat batteries. Called John C Flood of VA and Scott McGuire and his assistant were out here in a few minutes and had the problem identified and repaired within minutes.
My technician was Tracy. He was in time, friendly, and respectful of my property. He did a great job inspecting the unit.

Not only he spot the leak, he spent time explain how i can DIY the fix myself to save money. Super friendly and excellent advices. Highly recommend.
