I wish I had called them before calling the other company. Used them as a second opinion and I’m glad I did. They came in, diagnosed, and fixed the cooling issue within an hour for less than what I was quoted by the other company.

Sam and his team really try to give the best service they can. Several times I have called him out for advice. Rather than charging me for the service, Sam told me where to buy the parts, and how to fix it myself.

Exceptional customer service! Took the extra time to diagnose the ACTUAL problem rather than give the quick fix of replacing the entire AC like the other company I had look at my problem. Saved me over $1,500.

So I met Sam last summer (2020) when my very old AC starting having electrical issues. He came out quickly and realized it wasn’t my AC, it was my electrical power. It ended up being Dominion Power’s problem. Fast forward a few months and it’s time to replace said AC and furnace. I also had problems generally heating and cooling my home. Sam got the job because he presented options, was willing to modify our ductwork, and was willing to do it at a better price. He’s fair, honest, and takes pride in his work. The only downside...he and his crew might work so hard and so long at your house on an install, you may have to buy them dinner. Many thanks to Sam and his team for their hard work and efforts to get my home in working order.
