The installation last year was quick and painless. Yes prices have gone up, but everything has gone up. Fast forward to the service contract and maintenance. The technician that came out, Lorenzo, was knowledgeable and did a great job. They also caught something in the system that was trying to charge for cleaning, even though I have a service contract. They fixed it on the spot and no erroneous bill. The unit is a bit louder than the old one, but it actually works. My electricity bills actually went done YoY. The service contract pays for itself.
Paris was very helpful. It was nice to see a familiar face. Would highly recommend.

Brian Ebersole was amazing. His professionalism combined with his technical knowledge is a terrific combination. Cyprus Air is lucky to have him onboard. Service technicians of Brian's caliber are very rare these days.
Dan from Cyprus Air was great . Made everything easy to understand and got me set up with the equipment and financing to get my AC replaced.
Cyprus Air, specifically, Mr. Derrick was very knowledgeable and explained the problems my blower was experiencing. He was very professional throughout the appointment. The project couldn't be completed in one day and would need additional technicians. Otherwise everything would have been 5 stars.
Mr. Dan explained everything clearly about the new air-conditioning system and gave us good recommendations. He was knowledgeable and amicable. We appreciated his expertise and kindness.
Our Technician, Derek was awesome! He was very friendly and personable. During the inspection he offered helpful tips to keep the HVAC system running optimally and to increase the overall longevity of the system. I highly recommend Cyprus, and expecially Derek when you need an HVAC inspection!
Anthony did an excellent job of explaining the pros and cons of vented versus unvented gaslog systems and was able to answer all of my initial questions.
Our tech Dan Chadjisavvas was polite, knowledgeable, and honest. He cared about our family and not just money. Would definitely recommend! Great to know there are still honest people out there!

Charged double the cost of the company we ended up finding and using. Cancelled the appointment asap so as not to be disruptive to their business, and now have been waiting on a return of the deposit for the better part of a month. Not acceptable. Phone calls get me no where except false promises of calling me back eventually. I have called every few days and gotten nowhere. Do not use this company.
