My experience with Cecil was fantastic. Not only did he fix the problem but he was very kind, professional, and thorough. He also took extra time to explain everything and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
Needed the anode rod for my water water heater replaced and the system flushed. Daniel took care of it quickly, with friendly service, and cleaned up nicely when he was done. No complaints!
The tech assigned to me was Cecil. He could not have been more professional, prompt, and thorough. Got my AC back up and running. If I ever have issues again, which I really hope I don't, I will without hesitation use Cardinal once again.

Cardinal is my favorite HVAC and water heater company to use. They have online booking and texting enabled which I love because it makes coordinating and confirming anything SO much easier - I don’t have to try and figure out if an unknown number calling is spam or a booked appointment question Technicians are fantastic - so timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Plus Cardinal always sends you a picture of your technician so you know exactly who to expect - I’ve never seen anyone do that. I’ve had Aaron and Michael - both have been fantastic. My water heater broke and they came out immediately and replaced the entire thing. PLUS they offer a membership with lifetime warranty AND yearly checkups on all hvac and water plumber things. Love!

Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air kept me informed on the arrival time, and Chris was courteous and prompt with the plumbing service. He also made sure that the services are what I needed and reasonable. This is a very professional company. The owner also reached out to make sure the job is well done. The price is reasonable. This was our second time using Cardinal issue (for two separate issues) and once again the experience was fantasic. Our technition, Shawn Marshbanks is a TRUE professional. He explained things thoroughly, was detailed oriented and very friendly. We will not hesitate to use Cardinal again should the need arise.
