The company representative is very responsive, kind and helpful. He has a good history of visiting our home and having inspected the appliances well.
We were having faulty readings on our thermostat, hot blowing when it should be cold. Just a total mess. They were super thorough with their assessment and solution possibilities. Took their time and found the issue. After that it was a quick fix and now we’re cool as a cucumber when we want to be. They have life long customers after this.
Austin and Charie saved the day! Our house would not stay at a comfortable temperature and we were worried about our infant son sleeping in an overly cold or hot house. Austin was prompt and professional and found the roof of the problem. Will definitely call again with any further questions!
Dylan was on time and came prepared with all the items, tools and equipment needed to complete the job in one trip. Quick and efficient worker, very pleasant and easy to work with. Great job!!! First time user of Alta Air and they were awesome to work with. My A/C went out at the end of last year and decided to wait till it starts getting warm to replace it. I researched many different companies and landed with Alta. Best decision I made. My heater was also getting pretty old so I replaced both. Great price and great service. Joe and his guys were very professional and left the area clean. They walked me through both systems before they left and I will definitely use them again.
Had a furnace break down on a cold snowey day. They came same day, saw the problem...ordered the part & installed it the next morning. So kind & professional. I will always use them in the future for my HVAC needs. I recommend them highly.

Austin was great! He came right out and figured out what the problem was with our furnace. He explained what was going on and had it fixed quickly. He also gave recommendations for the future. Very professional.

We are a property management company and have used Alta Air for 3 years and have had nothing but great service, at a very reasonable rate . They are very professional every time we use them . they also go past the normal expected duties by contacting the tenant and scheduling the work with a explanation and a agreeable time frame making our job so much easier. First snow of the season always brings on the need for troubleshooting! We tried to turn on our furnace on Thursday night, making sure things would be good on our furnace as we just brought home our newborn baby on Wednesday. System shut off, so we got on the phone the next day with Alta Air (they installed our brand new unit just last year - 2021). Austin spent about an hour on the phone with my Father-in-law troubleshooting the system, and unfortunately was not able solve over the phone. So he came to our home Friday evening, discovering the system was shutting off due to a pressure issue in the line. Without the supplies he needed in hand, he arranged to come back on Monday. 2 other fabulous men did the follow-up work this morning, and were so kind and professional to work with. I am grateful for their knowledge and willingness to work diligently to resolve the issue so we had a functioning furnace before the temperatures stay low!
Alta is excellent in all Hvac areas! I’ve had a service contract for many years and couldn’t be happier! Keep up the excellent work!

Austin,Eric,Joey are amazing. They had to take out my old water heater and install a new one. Austin has come out a couple times for a estimate and also just to see if he could get this old one back and running which wasn’t really going to happen. The first day Austin and Joey came out and installed it. Let be known the elevator just so happened to not be working the day of installation so that was a 3 stories they managed to bring it up. They spent most of that day getting it installed and were very professional and friendly. I was going with out heat or hot water so they came out asap. There was 2 in pipe that ran from the heater to outside which means new estimate and more work. This was a Friday and because they didn’t want me with out hot water and heat they came back but with other guy name Eric. I’m telling it was like Tetris and not easy. The space they had to connect these 3 pipes meant there was a lot more work that really had to be done. They also set up a ladder that went 3 stories to get the pipe to come out the brick in cold weather. They some how made it work and saved my weekend with heat for me and my cat. I just really wanna reiterate the friendliness respect and professionalism that these guys truly are. They didn’t leave a mess they got the job done without complaining and worked all day straight no breaks other than maybe a 20 minute lunch tops. I got to know these dudes and it was like hanging out with the homies. My point is they are great and it’s just a hard thing to come by now days. I wouldn’t think twice of hiring any other company to get your heating and air done. 5 stars all day and thanks fellas!
Issues with heating system. We are very happy with the service. Austin was very nice and knowledgeable. Provided valuable assessment of issues. Great help! Highly recommended.
Arrived at work to find it 53 degrees, should be 68. Couldn't get the pilot light to stay lit. Austin came quickly and verified that it was the only the thermocouple, and even though I have a very old system, he was able to find a replacement part at his shop. Very quick service and good, honest service price. I'll use them again for my service needs.
We use Alta Air for our company and I have used them at my home and they are the best. They are always responsive and professional. I have never had a problem with them. I will keep using them for my future needs.
