Jones Heating repaired our A/C unit the same day we called them. They got it done without upselling us. This is the second time we've used them and would highly recommend these folks.
I recently discovered that my air conditioner was leaking refrigerant during a routine maintenance inspection with an Any Hour technician. The repair quote I received from Any Hour was was incredibly high and required tearing out some drywall, which I would have had to replace separately. Jones Heating and Air was recommended to me by a friend, so I called them for a second opinion. Everyone I spoke with at Jones Heating and Air was friendly and responsive, and they were able to do an initial assessment via text and schedule an appointment for just a few days later. I had the pleasure of working with Kelby, and I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism, expertise, and exceptional service. He was able to quickly identify the cause of the leak and provided clear explanations of the necessary repairs, which he completed that same day. Overall, I saved more than $2,200 by using Jones Heating and Air, and we didn’t have to tear out any of our walls. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kelby from Jones Heating and Air to anyone in need of HVAC services. His technical expertise, attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and genuine care for his clients make him a true standout. Great service on a Saturday. Jeff was able to arrive earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem quickly and had to make an additional trip to a warehouse to get the required OEM electric motor for the furnace blower. The new motor was installed very quickly and my heating system was up and running again. Thank you! We would use Jones Heating & Air Conditioning again.
We have used Jones a couple times for our air conditioner and for the heater the next time. They are always professional, reasonably priced and honest! I would use this company over & over.

I had a new A/C and Furnace installed back in September through Jones Heating & Air conditioning. From the beginning they were very quick to respond and very helpful. I called to get an estimate and they were able to come by the next day. I asked for a couple estimates to compare different efficiencies, and Dion quickly got back with the estimates and explained the cost advantages of both. Eventually I decided and they were able to get me scheduled for the installation within a week or so. The only hiccup was a last minute reschedule due to an issue with the unit they received, but that's understandable. The installation itself was painless on my part. I wish I could remember the specific technicians names, but they were both super professional, and even made some adjustments from how the old system was installed to free up some space in that room. They had it finished within about six hours, which I thought was really quick. After the installation, my A/C wasn't quite keeping up with the heat (this was during the 100+ degree heat wave). I called Dion and asked if he could come look at it. He made it out within a couple days, made some adjustments and did some work to get better airflow in my bathroom where a vent is covered by the vanity. All free of charge. Everything has worked great since! The furnace is smaller but by far outperforming the old one I had. Super appreciative of all the work they did and I definitely saved money compared to the other estimates I got. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!
This was by far the best decision we made when looking to replace our Furnace. They are responsive and professional. They were able to come out within 24 hours and install a brand new furnace.Dion was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend using Jones Heating and Air if you live in Utah!!
Called anyhour services first and they tried ripping me off by $700 for a new fan motor and overcharged for the r22 refrigerant saying it was $1000 per pound. After that technician lied in my face about the prices and tried selling me a whole new a/c and furnace unit I called jones for a estimate. Jeff came to my property and replaced the motor and refilled the coolant for $1200 flat, much better than the $6000 from anyhour. I'll be calling jones from now on.
Jones Heating and Air Conditioning is the best around. They are a very professional, timely, HONEST, and knowledgeable company. They worked with me to schedule a service that worked for me on a busy holiday weekend. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it immediately. I have had several companies out to service my AC but found the service and professionalism from Jones Heating and Air Conditioning to be top of the line. Jeff was so awesome with getting right to the point of my problem and dealing with my insurance company 5 Star Service. Could not be happier with the new furnace, a/c, water heater and thermostat Jones Heating & Air Conditioning installed for us. They did a high quality install in a timely manner!!!!! Ask for Kelby, Robert and Cole to be your installers they did an excellent job!!!
Jeff came to give us quote on a water heater replacement, he blew everyone out of the water by half the price and installed it the next day. Richard handled the installation and he was amazing as well, so pleasant and friendly. We recently had a new furnace and central air unit installed and I wish I had contacted Jones heating and air first. I don’t want to think about how much we over paid.
Fantastic job done, It was quick, the quote was accurate and everyone I worked with was professional and what I was told would be done was done. They took the time to explain the new equipment to me and ensure everything worked correctly. I am very happy with the new AC and heater!
