Chandrick came to our house on a holiday weekend. Our AC unit was not blowing as hard or cold as it should be. Turns out our coils were frozen solid and he couldn’t give a proper diagnosis until it was thawed. Technician advised us what to do to troubleshoot and to give it 24 hours, if problem not resolved then he will come back next day. His advice worked and he didn’t charge us a dime! And, again, this was over a holiday weekend! Thank you so much.
Called Greg for a quote to replace my system and while he was here he got my current one to at least function until I replace it. Stand up honest guy who just got a customer for life
I worked with Greg and his son recently for a replacement and it was a great experience. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and responded quickly. They are knowledgeable and passionate about their work, and their pricing is fair. With so many dishonest HVAC companies out there, it's refreshing to find people you can trust, and I highly recommend Greg and his son for any HVAC work.

Greg was great, had issues with our furnace not staying on. Called and they came within 30 minutes and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. Very reasonable price to diagnose & repair. I would definitely recommend!
Chandrick diagnosed a bad capacitor in our a/c. He had a spare in his truck. Over and done in less than an hour. Price was more than fair considering we were about to roast.

I called Integrity One for help with my AC. Even though they were booked out two weeks, they managed to squeeze me in between appointments. Chandrick diagnosed and repaired my AC within 40 minutes. He also gave me tips on how to keep my AC running the best. I will definitely use Integrity One in the future.

Greg and Chunk, These guys are the best. My A/C Went out when I was out of town, came home and it was over 89 degrees. Contacted them, they came out the same day got my a/c working and gave me a quote for a new HVAC system. It was well over due my system was over 24yrs old. Very professional explained everything to me. Greg even called me a few days after getting my old system to work to make sure it was still cooling my house until they could come back a week later to Install new HVAC system. The quote they gave me came in thousands less than another quote I got. These guys are very professional and prompt. They will be my #1 and I will be referring them to family and friends. They are honest, friendly, very knowledgeable. I can't say enough, have never had a great experience when it comes to customer service. Greg was great to work with, he is so professional and took the time to diagnose any issues. I would recommend this company over anyone else in Utah. He is the only person I will go through from now on. Also the prices were great!
Greg and Chandrick had a great attitude, were punctual, speedy, efficient and overall did a phenomenal job. They were my THIRD HVAC company out to my home. They went above and beyond to make sure my thermostat and furnace were working correctly. I have had issues with it for 5 months and the first two companies were too lazy to fix the issue. Greg and Chandrick had it fixed in 30min. I can't thank you guys enough!

Been trying to get Greg to come for a month and just give a estimate and look at a couple things on a remodel. Didn't need done right away but he blew me off will have to learn to do it myself or loom elsewhere. Then proceeds to message me telling me I'm this and that. Then tells me he doesn't do remodels but the review right below mine is about a remodel
I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Greg and his son were awesome! They were able to help us with a duct/vent /fireplace issue with our remodel. A job I was struggling to get anyone else to touch. They were helpful, on time, clean, and HONEST! Greg even helped with an unexpected heater issue that cropped up during the time he was helping us. Definitely using these guys for all my future heating and air needs and have already been referring them to friends and family!
Integrity One has done work at our home and business and has always been fair and honest. I never have to worry if I am getting taken advantage of. Greg even kept our sick family warm one year on a holiday weekend. Very highly recommend.
After weeks without air conditioning and some insanely high quotes from many of the other air conditioning companies in salt lake, Greg at Integrity One gave us a realistic quote that was affordable. They squeezed us in quickly and replaced my entire AC system. They moved the ac system to the back of the house instead of the front. My front yard should have had all kinds of pipes, wires and waste from the old system. They went the extra mile and cleaned up and took care of everything. I’m very happy we found Integrity One. I almost spent 2k on a repair that wouldn’t have fixed the problem. Luckily I waited until Greg could come out to look. The 4 other companies we had come gave us quotes for repairs that wouldn’t have ended up fixing our problem. These guys should be your first call every time!
