Brett was great to work with! Top quality service and priced at a much better rate than all other competitors in the area. He was on time and efficient with his work. Very upfront and honest about the cost, installation time, and responsive with all questions. I highly recommend going with Bountiful HVAC for any HVAC installation or services.
I don't generally leave reviews, but Bret was great to work with. He didn't try to overcharge or upsell me, he and his team were on time and they got my new furnace and a/c in very quickly. I would definitely use them again.
Bret was great to work with. He installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. Explained everything. Very honest. Gave me a price that was at least 25% less than the big HVAC companies. Saved us thousands.

Best experience working with an HVAC company. I have always dreaded calling anyone for service because the costs are always so high and the technicians are always trying to sell me a new system. Bret was totally honest and helpful and fixed our AC in just a few minutes. There isn't anyone else I'd call to do the work. I'm definitely not going to lose his number.
They came out right after I called (happened to be in the area) and replaced my aging unit's capacitor. Prompt service and honest. Love Bountiful Mechanical. I have used them several times in the past and I always get top notch treatment!! I will call again for sure!!
They are the best! Brett is such a nice guy. I highly highly recommend. They were quick and respectable in our home. Not overcharged. We had to have a new AC and furnace put in.

I have used Brett the owner multiple times and you will find him as straight forward and honest as they come. Unfortunately with some companies you the client will be led to a decision based on fear. Brett never uses this tactic and you will feel confident with his service.
These guys were awesome. They did a whole install for us and we couldn’t be happier. Pricing was below the three other bids we got and the system was well done. They explained our options very clearly and didn’t try to sell us the fanciest system with the most expensive units.
It was a pleasure working with Bountiful HVAC. Brad was very responsive with a quote. It was a better price than the other bids as well as a better warranty. We had a straight forward discussion and Brad completed our installation on time with no left behind. I am glad I found them.
Brett was here on time for a quote, (and installation) kind and helpful, answered all of my many questions. He was very kind and intelligent. His prices were very affordable, and that's saying a lot these days! He promptly answered many more Q's by text before I decided to purchase a new one. The warranty was 10 yrs. on furnace, 5 years service/labor at no charge. When he installed the furnace, the project was completed way faster than I expected, he left my house immaculate, he even vacuumed the surrounding area. He showed me how to program the thermostat & change the filters, and operate it. My new furnace is WAAAAY QUIETER (YAAAY!) We need more companies and experts like this, with stellar service, fast & focused work, and clear integrity. With this kind of guy, you can't go wrong. Kudos! Highly recommended! Bret and his crew added A/C to my furnace. They did an awesome, fast, job. They were on time and friendly. They obviously knew their business. They cleaned up everything, and were helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company! 5*****. Outstanding!
Bret came by the same day I called him to help me with my AC unit that was not running. He quickly addressed the problem and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very reasonable in his pricing. I am thankful for his responsiveness, especially during a heat wave and will call him again for any HVAC needs!

I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing to replace the heating/AC system in my rental and then 7 months later my home. I received several bids the first time around, and this company was a breath of fresh air. Their bid was straightforward with no unnecessary add-ons or attempts to sell me something I didn't need. The service was excellent and when it came time to replace the system in my home it was a no brainer. I didn't even call anyone else. I will be a customer as long as they are around!
Friendly, on time - was actully a minute or two early (which I like), was careful with our home so as to not damage anything, was clean, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Explained how this new furnace works, as it is quite different from our 25 year old unit that was replaced, and alot smaller.
I received a bid from Bountiful Mechanical. I researched the described equipment to be installed and found it to be of good quality with a good warranty. In reading the reviews and ratings by others in the community I agreed, without question, the bid and scheduled the installation. The crew showed up on time and in approximately 4 1/2 hours the old equipment was removed and the new installed and tested. The job site was cleaner than when they found it, the crew was friendly but focused on the job. As a techno nerd I had to restrain my curiosity and stay. pretty much, out of their way. I just had Bret and his team finish up moving my AC Unit. I had an amazing experience. Bret is a total professional. He was polite, kind, great at communicating what needed to be done, was on time and did quality work. I will be using Bountiful HVAC again soon.

I was looking for a quote on getting our 17 year old HVAC system replaced. I called to schedule an appointment and within a few days a representative was at my house. Scott was punctual and very knowledgeable on all things HVAC. Upon inspection Scott said that it was one of the cleanest he has ever seen being that old. He also said that he would be doing me a disservice by suggesting that I replace it at this time. Honesty is one of those qualities that is hard to find in businesses these days and it is refreshing when you find it! He did mention that when it came time to replace it that he would recommend some more energy efficient systems. I highly recommend Utah Furnaces for all your HVAC needs!
