We have a 3 zoned, damper system by Lennox and the touchpads weren't functioning correctly. I have guests arriving and needed heat for them in the basement. I called Jones Mechanical, who installed the system, and within minutes, I was being help via text to get the system back up and online. It worked. Wonderful service, Nate! Thank you!
They fixed an issue in a timely professional manner
Got a warning of an issue on my thermostat when I woke up. Texted Jones Mechanical and got a response as soon as they got to the office. Techs were onsite with a solution before I finished breakfast. Always professional and friendly.
Jones Mechanical did our new construction install, and also any additional services we have needed. When I text them with a question, concern, or problem with my system I usually hear from them the same day. They are always prompt, helpful, and seem genuinely concerned about making sure we are taken care of.

We built our new home in 2017 and had Jones Mechanical design and install the HVAC system. They were great to work with and spent the time to properly design the system. Our new home was more than twice the size of our previous residence and I am happy to say our overall heating and power bill have been less then what we were paying. No cold spots or hot spots, just nice even temperature control throughout the home. We had multiple zones installed throughout out the home to allow for custom temperature settings. In the last 5 years the system has never even come close to being maxed out. The I-comfort thermostat has been great. I had a minor technical problem (my fault), and when I called, they answered the phone and helped solve my problem. Great company, very satisfied with the system. Would definitely recommend them!
Jones Mechanical installed my entire HVAC system in my new build home. By far the best most efficient system I have seen. I have a 4700 square foot home. They installed system with 4 zones: Main floor, Master and main level bedrooms, upstairs, and basement. The zones work amazing! We like it cold to sleep (66) but on main about (68). The grandparents live in the basement and like it about (74) and this system not only keeps the requested temps but is efficient as you can get. They installed the system in early 2018. I have only had one issue with a louvre which they responded same day and fixed within an hour. Very highly recommended them for any HVAC system work that you need. Always very quick to respond with any questions.
I was referred to Jones Mechanical and had a great experience with them installing a new AC and furnace to replace my poorly installed furnaces. The best you'll ever have in heating and cooling. How about a system better than most resort hotel's. The Jones Mechanical system is my Castle (literally). My power bill averages about $185 a month and my gas averages about $75 a month. My Castle is 7,000 sq ft and the 8 zone system efficiently heats or cools only the part of the Castle we want. We do 90-100 degree Hot Yoga in the basement gym and no other room is effected. Everyone is always in perfect comfort. Nursery is just what baby boy needs at 72 degrees while Mom (right nextdoor in the master) wants a chilly 67. Everyone is happy as long as Dad is wearing his Chewbacca onesie to stay warm. I've lived in my Castle for 3 years now and figured I've saved easily $250-300 a month on utilities. This means the extra money I spent on this system compared to others has already paid for itself not to mention all the niceties and comfort. We also have a guest room with a dedicated thermostat just for them. Whenever Grandma and Grandpa come to visit they feel like they're in a 5 Diamond Resort since they can set the guest room temperature to whatever they like. At this point I'm basically being paid to have this system after just 3 years. Anytime I've had a question, concern or need Greg has been amazing and so willing to help answer questions about the system. You will love the Jones Mechanical system. These guys have been so awesome! We built a new home in 2016 with a new system installed by Jones Mechanical. We moved into our home in the fall. During the winter heavy snow fell onto our air conditioner and damaged it. We needed to have Jones come out and fix it when it started getting hot. The last several years has been pretty frustrating. Felt like the air conditioner was just not able to cool our home like it should and our upstairs would always be too hot. I just assumed that the system wasn’t adequate for the size of our home and we felt bummed we didn’t put more air conditioners for our separate floors. Last Thursday our power went off and the air conditioner died. I called Greg the owner and we discussed the problem. Told him how frustrating it has been and he looked at our history and realized our air conditioner wasn’t working like it should. His technician checked it out and probably because of the damage caused by the snow it couldn’t do it’s job. They replaced the air conditioner on Friday and the weekend was amazing! Our house was cool on every level! Thanks guys!!! 😊

Over the past 20 years we have purchased two HVAC systems from Jones Mechanical and also had them service the systems. I can not say enough good things about Greg and his staff. Our project was a large custom home with a fairly complex layout that encompassed a large number of zones and requirements for high efficiency at a reasonable cost. These guys came through and frankly are amazing professionals who designed and installed a system that is simply impressive. I highly recommend if you are doing new construction and have a large home that you contact Jones Mechanical. They did a great job educating me on their system and giving me options to consider that were understandable. Very flexible and wanted to make sure I was happy with the selection of the system. Five stars without hesitation and I would recommend them and use them again if I ever build another home.
I have used Jones Mechanical 2 times now, and both times ive been blown away. My first job, I had them come in and fix an existing funace. By the time they left, it looked like a brand new install. They ended up doing a lot of extra work that was not in my work order, and they never charged me for it. When I asked why they didnt charge me for the extra work, they told me they had to do the extra work in order for everything to be done the right way, and they wont ever leave a job with their name on it if its not done the right way. I was blown away. I recently just bought a new home with 2 furnaces, one was 30 years old, and the other was about 12. They came in and combined the two units, reconstructed my ducting, and created 4 seperate zones in my house allowing me to keep each zone at a different temp, all with one furnace. Their price was more than fair, especially comparing them to the other bids that did not include doing 4 zones. All I will say about Greg Jones and his team at Jones Mechanical is they will deliver plus one everytime. They will exceed your expectations, for a better price than the others. I have referred them to all my family and friends and I have received the same feedback from all of them. You would be crazy to not give them a chance at earning your business. People/contractors like them are rare these days. I highly reccommend Jones Mechanical, purely based off their quality, and ethics.
5 years ago I've had Jones Mechanical install a new Lennox A/C (XC25) in my home in Provo. I have radiant heating so I didn't need a furnace, just an air handler. I also had them run all new ducting and an I Harmony 4 zone controller. My house was 25 years old and I couldn't believe the difference in comfort and extremely low noise of the new variable speed fans. I can't even hear air blowing when the A/C comes on, it just cools amazingly well. Jones Mechanical did an outstanding job and paid attention to every detail. I'm a Mechanical Engineer and have strong opinions on not cutting corners and doing the job right. I love what they did. 5 years later, August 2019, I had them install another system (heat and A/C this time) in my 6000 sq ft cabin in Midway. I used the same XC25, 26 seer condensing unit with an updated 4 zone controller. Again, they did a great job. The system is quiet and just works amazingly well. I love the 4 zones and I can see each zone and control the set points from my iPhone where ever I am. These systems are not cheap, but they are fantastic and I loved working with the people at Jones Mechanical. I recommend Jones Mechanical to anyone who needs heating and A/C upgrades - I imagine their new construction is just as good because re-models are much more difficult to get right. They deserve every bit of a 5 star rating, based on my 2 experiences.
I had Jones Mechanical install a new A/C and furnace in my home while renovating and removing a very old system. We decided to go with the higher end Lennox system that is extremely efficient with a modulating furnace and harmony zoning for multiple rooms and levels. This is a tremendous step up from our old system which was just on or off, and so wasteful. It is so comfortable, if a room is warm, it closes off the vent and moves air to colder/hotter rooms (winter/summer). Plus, it is so quiet that you don't realize it is running. Very happy with the company, the install, and the equipment. Overall, the bills we have had since early summer are much lower than last years.
Jones replaced and reworked our HVAC system to a top-of-the-line & highly efficient Lennox system. Our house was much cooler during the final weeks of summer, and our energy bill went down by a significant amount even though we were running the A/C at a cooler temp. These guys know their stuff.
Jones Mechanical installed a system for me. They charged me $400 to fix it. It was not fixed. When I tried to call them back to ask for help on the system they never answered the phone, or email. I suggest you avoid this company.
