Outstanding customer service from the office staff, manager and technicians! Heater went out in winter and they were dispatched and complete in no time at all. Just had the A/C replaced for the summer. Thank YEW to everyone there! If anyone needs HVAC, this is the company for you!!
Jackson was amazing! He called me on a Saturday to teach me how to fix a small thing myself, saving me a bunch of money!
I wouldn't give them a 2 on the review. The guy just came out looked on the roof and there was a half inch of snow dust and all he said was nope I'm not going up there. And the crazy part is that it's flat. So I offered to sweep it off for him and he still refused. I would not call this company to save my life. The guy was rude from the start. And would not work with us at all. While my family is cold in our house he jumped into his nice and warm car and just left.
Total Air Control was recommended to us by a friend, and I am so glad that we discovered this company. Jaxon was very professional and honest. Not only did he get our furnace back up and running, he also taught us some very valuable information about maintaining it. We will definitely be using Total Air Control again in the future!
Total Air Control installed a replacement furnace, I couldnt be more pleased with the tech that diagnosed the issue with the furnace, the installers that performed the work, alone with the service & professionalism that was provided with the complete process of the furnace installation from beginning to end.
So glad we found Total Air Control! Jackson installed a new heating/AC system for us a year and a half ago, when all other companies let us down. He shows up when we call him with an issue, like he did again today. He is professional, prompt and personable. I know we can count on him to get us back up and running as soon as realistically possible! 100% recommend Total Air Control!
I can't imagine a better company. My heater was not working and it was freezing. I was amazed at how quickly they responded. I was fortunate enough to get Jackson to come out and he knew what was wrong right away. Even more amazing was that he had the parts needed to repair it and had it running perfectly the same day. It is working like a brand new heater and my house feels wonderful, warm and cozy again. Jackson was great in every possible way. I can't give this company anything less than a perfect A+ score.

Incredible and prompt service! The technician was able to quickly assess the issue and give me quotes on potential fixes and costs. A part was required that needed to be ordered. He was able to get the part ordered and a followup appointment secured within 48 hours. Upon his return, he was able to get a new motor installed under an hour and my home has gone from unbearably hot and muggy to comfortable and temperate within an hour of him leaving. 10/10 do recommend!
I have to start off by saying my ac unit died on me.i ended up contacting home warranty company. they sent over Total Air Control. They contacted me Right away. They came out and checked out My ac unit. The technician came to me and explained to me what the issue was. He was honest and straight to the point. They replaced the unit right away, and I was professional about it. This company is not only amazing but they go the extra mile for anyone. As a veteran and a neighbor I would love to say if you need anyone to inspect, repair, install, and replace your equipment. You found the right company.
I tried to install my own A/C unit and it wasn't working. I Called Jaxon he came right out, didn't talk down to me, found the problem gave me a great solution. I got a much better product for less money I wish I had called him first! Thanks Total Air Control!
We have had TAC work on our system several times with different issues every time and Jaxon has corrected the problem each time. Great to work with and very knowledgeable. Early or on time. I thought I was a close personal friend of Jaxon's and that's why he always got back to me quickly,and I had his personal number and got such a great price. But after reading these reviews it's just how he treats everyone. Which is awesome.

Jaxon was the person that came by to fix my a/c. He was able to find out the problem very quick, I was impressed. Very thoughtful and understanding because we were dying with the heat and were only able to freshen up at night. I recommend this business hands down plus he just didn’t fix the problem he let me know the issue and explained it very well with future tips.
I called total air control to get a second opinion on my AC and was instructed how to fix the problem myself for $40. Much less than the $380 from another company. Thanks for saving me from a hot house. 🥵
