I found Climate Control through Google. They had a lot of great reviews and so I called them when the air conditioning unit went out at our rental unit. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and the technician, John, came on time, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. Great experience from the friendly receptionist who scheduled the appointment to the technician who quickly and effectively got the unit running again. They were cost effective and professional. Climate Control will be my go to HVAC servicer moving forward. I highly recommend them!
I can't say enough positive things about Climate Control in St. George. Their service exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I contacted them for an HVAC repair, their team was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. John and his technicians arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning unit. They efficiently repaired it, restoring cool air to my home in no time. That tells me they know the value of making an extra effort and how it will reflect their business. It’s goes further that a Dollar amount. Not only did you make an emergency after hour run, but you informed me of the current issue gave me honest options to choose from. Honesty and professionalism goes a long way.

Climate control came out late at night and found that my older system needed to be replaced. Within 8 hours we had a new system installed! John, Ricky, and Shad are great. This is called going beyond! Explained the options in depth and they follow through with good work!
I found climate control through google, and chose to call them based upon all of the great reviews. My experience with them has been great, just like all of the good reviews I read about on here. I would recommend this company to everyone! At my house the heating and ac unit was 40 years old and not working and I knew that the unit might have a simple fix, such as getting a new capacitor, but that most likely it was going to be something worse. John came out and checked out the unit and was very honest about what could be done to help me out. Option 1 was to try fixing my unit. It needed a new compressor and capacitor but my unit also had other issues with the fan and just about everything else. He said I can replace what is broken if I can find the parts, but I can’t guarantee that the fix will last because of all the other failing parts. He said it would cost a bunch of money for the compressor and that at the end of the day it would only be a bandaid fix. and that if it were him he would recommend replacing everything. So option 2 was to replace everything he gave me three machines to choose from, and I knew I didn’t have the money to buy a new unit right now. So I said I don’t have the money too pay for this right now. He said that they had financing payment plans that we could check into. So that’s option I went with so we could fix the unit now. He put me on the schedule for the next day, and I was expecting 1or 2 guys to come out and do the install but to my surprise there were at least 6 guys! They finished everything in about 6 hours. They were very professional, friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I am extremely happy with what they did for me give them a call you’ll be happy you did!
Today we used this company to repair our air conditioning system and we couldn't more than impressed with John he is very knowledgeable!

Our heat pump HVAC w/propane backup was installed in ONE DAY by Ricky and his crew. And it works! I have only good things to say about the job they did. But that's not the best part. The best part is the personal explanations and service that John provided before and after the installation. John explained things to me like I was a friend, not a customer. When I had a question, John had the answer. (He knows his product!) He went back over anything I didn't understand. (Heat pump HVAC is a new way to do things!) And he went through the installer configuration item by item to make sure it was right. I got a good price on a great system. (I know. This was not the first company I contacted and I got quotes from them.)
We had a room in the corner of the house that had poor air flow. They recommended increasing the size of the duct. We originally agreed to do two ducts (one for another room). But the day before the job we decided to decrease the job to just one duct. i texted Paul and he got back to me immediately and said it was just fine, not a problem. they came and did the work. That room gets plenty of air flow now, in fact it's so good we may have to close the vent a bit. Great work!

Excellent customer service! Needed help with a minor thermostat issue and called them for assistance. John, the owner, spoke to me on the phone, and then offered to come right over to help since he had some time before his next appointment. He rewired my thermostat and had the problem fixed in less than ten minutes. Obviously an experienced professional with customer satisfaction as a top priority. He and the Climate Control team are my new go-to people for all things HVAC-related!
Thanks to the Climate Control Air Conditioning in St George we called in and they had someone out same-day and repaired immediately for only $165.00!!!! Love these guys!
After doing a lot of research and price comparing ( because cost of HVAC systems rose astronomically over the past few years), we chose Climate Control to install a new HVAC system last summer. We were very impressed with the knowledge and service provided. They had a crane out the next day to remove our old unit and install the new one. The new system has run excellent since, and has saved us a good chunk of change each month on our electric bill. Climate Control even provided a courtesy maintenance check this last week to make sure everything was still running efficiently. Shad was the master technician who came and was professional and thorough in making sure everything was ship shape. He even put new air filters in free of cost when he noticed the old ones needing to be replaced. Very impressed with our experience with Climate Control.
This company cares. They are professional and see the job done right. I highly recommend their AC//Heater services. Excellent Company!!!
Great Service! Nate was friendly, knowledgeable and responded quickly to our sudden loss of AC on a weekend when we had 15 family members visiting. He let us use two portable AC units until he was able to get the needed part the next day. We definitely would recommend Climate Control!
