Desert Best sent 2 tech out, their response time was great, they did a thorough inspection of the system and they quickly found the problem and took care of it, they explained the problem well, and what they did to fix it , they are very professional.
The two techs who came to my house did a great job and had the AC back running in no time. I would totally use them again!

My wife and I bought a new home in November and with the temperatures warming up we turned on our air conditioning. To our surprise it didn’t work. Adrian and Samuel from Deserts Best HVAC came out and repaired our system in no time. They were punctual, thorough, and great at explaining what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. They did a great job fixing a problem that should have never existed originally.

Adrián and Sam came within a few hours of calling. Our A/C wasn’t working even though it was brand new. It was installed over the winter so we didn’t have to use it for a while. They came and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes or so. They were very kind and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend using them for any HVAC needs.

Adrian and Samuel were amazing, as always! They were able to come check out the problem quickly. They had the needed part overnighted so that we didn't have to freeze. When part arrived, they were able to do the work in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. So nice being able to count on them to take care of our issues promptly and have our house warm again. I was a Referral to this company from a guest in my salon. My furnace is in a 125 year old basement I thought it would be a nightmare. They made it seem so easy and was very detail oriented. It was quick and easy or so it seemed. They were very Easy to work with, didn’t seem to mind all my questions. I will definitely use them again!

Last summer Adam and his amazing team did an overall assessment of our HVAC heating and air and compressor, etc. Our system is the original unit when we bought our home. It’s over 20 years old now. Running but having its issues. They were amazingly informative and supportive of our timing and goals. They helped us care for our old unit better! This year we chose to replace the entire shabang! Adam and his team worked from morning til afternoon inside and out as they completely the replacements, hauled off the old units and installed all new equipment. These guys are good! So efficient! We are so happy with the looks and functionality of this new, top of the line unit! Now our thermostat is an app on my phone! I can regulate the temperature and details from upstairs as we go to bed, in the morning when you want to cozy up your house before you get up, and even from your phone when you’re away from home. It’s handy and efficient. Our monthly bills have reduced as well! I will recommend Deserts Best HVAC to everyone. Not only did they save us money with the caring for our existing unit, saved money when we purchased a new system, save money monthly, but we can trust that the services and opinions on maintenance and repairs will be top notch and HONEST! Hard to find with other competitors. Deserts Best really is the BEST in overall care and anything HVAC!!!! DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. You’ll be wasting time and money!

They installed new vents and ducts as part of our builder's home warranty. Very happy with the result. The temperature is more balanced throughout the house now.
I’m editing my review as our experience with this company has degraded. We’ve only been dealing with this HVAC company because it’s the one our home builder is contracted with. Today our home builder came attacking us claiming that one of the workers at Deserts Best reported that we had another HVAC company come to our home to do work. This accusation is false, as the company that came to our home today was there to test the airflow and was sent by Richmond Homes themselves. We even explained to Deserts Best.
Adrian and Samuel were very prompt and took time to educate me on my HVAC system. Very professional and quick. 100% recommend. Will call them again in the future when needed.
