Everything - from the initial walk-through to the installation - was perfect. The owner was pleasant, very knowledgeable and gave us an excellent quote. Travis, the tech, showed up on time, installed the furnace and A/C and did a spectacular job. Everything was well-installed and put together with no loose ends. Travis showed up the next day to make sure everything worked smoothly. It could not have been a better experience. Traditionally, we tend to be a little skeptical of taking the lowest bid, but this was the best decision we've made so far in renovating our home. Thank you gentlemen, for a great experience!
My grandparents had some issues with their heating and air conditioning unit, Peter was very professional and fast to help them out with all their issues and needs they were having and didn't leave until every issue was solved for them. Excellent service and very kind and respectful young man!

Kris the owner is definitely honest! His team is top notch. I maintain 3 apartment properties and him and his team has never skipped a beat! Right there when i need them to help with a challenge I can’t do and quick service! Customer service is #1. Still one of the best people to deal with! Since Peter has came on board as well! He’s definitely learned a lot and continues to and his knowledge is great! Will always be my go to company for HVAC!
We have used CTR multiple times. Peter has always been informative and knowledgeable about the problem. He helped fixing our furnace dampers and replacing a water heater expansion tank. He explained the issues and solutions perfectly, and quickly fixed the issues. I highly recommend this company and Peter as your technician!

We woke up to a furnace that wasn’t working. We called and they had someone here by 9:15. The tech was great and the part that was replaced was under warranty. They were honest and professional. Definitely recommend them.
These guys were great. We called CTR for a second opinion after a different company told us our furnace was shot and we needed a new one. Peter came out and quickly and accurately diagnosed that it was just the igniter that had gone out. It was fixed within an hour for a tiny fraction of the cost. We will definitely use them again in the future.
Peter was our service rep. He was very thorough the way he explained things. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. His customer service was outstanding. If I have a need in the future I will use this company and will ask for Peter.
