I called him in the morning and he immediately set up an appointment for the evening. He came at the appointed time, determined the problem with my ac, and fixed it. The charges were fair priced. I would definitely use him again.

I loved working with Independence HVAC! Billy came out the day of, close to closing on a weekend and was able to diagnose our water heater problem. He was quick and thorough, explained exactly what the problem was and recommended what to do. We were able to have our water heater replaced quicker than any other company I called and it was a great experience. Will definitely work with Independence HVAC for any of my future needs. Great company, they replaced our old furnace and installed central air. They were fast, efficient and kept things cleaned up.
Billy was efficient, professional and courteous while talking to us about the install and then when doing the actual install of our ducts and vents in our unfinished basement. I would hire Billy again in the future for any maintenance or repair.
