Awesome service! Ricardo found the problem with our heating system and got it running again within an hour. I loved how he explained things as he was troubleshooting, which will help me self-diagnose problems in the future. This has been the most pleasant experience with a heating and air company I’ve had so far and I can’t recommend Airtime enough.
Rodrigo not only saved my summer, he may have saved my life. I don't do well with heat. I get sick, I get migraines, I overheat, etc. After two weeks of replacing capacitors one by one, and having another local guy stand me up twice, I went back to the company who fixed it many years ago. They got me scheduled right away. As I knew it was a bad idea to change the motor myself, and also needed Freon. I'm so glad I got Rodrigo. He was professional, kind, and didn't try to rip me off. I got his card and will refer him to anyone. Thank you Rodrigo.
Heard add on radio after our central air unit died, they came out and the $6,000 they advertised on radio is exactly what we paid, we got a new Trane system and a $300 rebate from our utility company. I have a general distrust of air conditioning repairmen after being snowed by one in the past, but these guys have officially won me over. From the dispatcher to the repairman, they are so pleasant and professional. But the important part is how honest they were with me. It took my repairman no time at all to find the problem after a previous company's repairman couldn't do it after a couple of tries. He could've easily sold me a new a/c unit at that point but asssured me that one part only needed to be replaced. Then he took the time to call the manufacturer and found out the part was under warranty which saved me about $1600! Honestly, I just want to hug them all. So polite, clean and professional. Five stars!
I needed to replace a 27 year old natural gas furnace which had a cracked combustion chamber for which spare parts were no longer made. I met with five heating and air conditioning contractors to discuss the options. I am a mechanical engineer. The ones who focused on "sales" promotions had the lowest rated products. The ones with highly rated products gave me relatively high quotes and encouraged "bundling" with extra non-essential work. Only Tony addressed the technical aspects of the equipment, explained why he was recommending that specific equipment and gave me a reasonable quote that reflected the quality of the equipment and the time to install it correctly. Tony's approach was technically solid and economically reasonable. The furnace was replaced in one day during a week of bitterly cold January weather. He did what he said he would do; when he said he would do it; for the price he quoted. It doesn't get better than that. I will have Tony do all my future HVAC work. I highly recommend him.

I had 2 water heaters spring a link around the same time and Airtime came in quickly and replaced them. Very professional. Their crew is also very personable and responsive. They also installed 2 AC and 2 Furnace units a few years ago and they still work great. Nice clean cut and friendly crew. Very responsive to urgent calls too. Very knowledgeable about heating/AC/Plumbing. These are my go to guys for sure!

Everything was great! I got a new Trane furnace and AC from Airtime (a little over a year ago). There was some weird issue with the unit, and they spent an inordinate amount of time fixing it. The furnace now runs great and has through three separate seasons (summer, winter, summer). They were professional, attentive, and conscientious. Highest marks to these guys! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Airtime Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace and AC last year. They were fast, friendly, and professional to work with. They answered my many questions and made sure they left everything the way they found it...except for the new units.
I really enjoy working with the employees and management. They are very professional and I feel that they are reasonably priced. I never felt like I was being price gouged nor were their recommendations meant to nickle and dime me.

I had Airtime come out and tune up my AC and they were great! They were affordable. The service person gave me some recommendations that I could do on my own to make sure the AC runs well. I was happy with the service!
