Great job. They are the best company. They care about their customers and give the best customer service. I have dealt with many businesses as I remodel my home and none of them meet the standards of OyBoy. Other businesses need to take a course from them on what customer service should be.

Honest pricing, no upselling/shady tactics, friendly and professional crew that did a great job. I hired OyBoy for a vent cleaning - they were awesome, worked fast and without any disruption for us at all (we were home while they worked), and the price was *very* fair and far less than other companies I got quotes from that tried to include all sorts of unnecessary upsells/repairs.

They did a phenomenal job. I they are a little pricier than others I believe but they do such a thorough job and then sanitize the system. I would highly recommend them

Disabled Veteran With !!! No Heat !!! My furnace would cycle on, but the fan would not Circulate the hot air. My home was 30~50 degrees All winter long, trying to diagnose my furnace and make my house warm. My furnace burners Would light electronically The gas would burn To full heat, Click for the fan to go on And Then the blower fan motor WOULD NOT turn on! And The overheat sensor Would turn the gas off And Shut down the furnace¡ I used a multimeter to test the: Electronic Circuit Board Furnace Relays Motor Capacitor and Everything Else I knew how to test. Nothing solved my NoHeat Problem! I was desperate and Tired of being too cold For OVER SEVEN MONTHS! My Veteran’s advisor Referred me to Veteran Owned OyBoy! In desperation I called OyBoy; Immediately They texted me With arrangements To come to my home To Diagnose The furnace problem. Gavin came on time. Without needing my help Gavin Reassembled my motor Into the blower housing And Reassembled properly The entire furnace And the wires I had unplugged When I tested The furnace. Gavin was Quick Efficient and Professional. The Diagnosis: Medium Speed Fan Circuit Was bad on the PC Board. Gavin Connected the motor To a higher speed Working circuit; And now !!! I HAVE HEAT !!! !!! YAY !!! Thank You Gavin! Thank You OyBoy! Patrick Perry Salt Lake City Utah

From Aaron working hard to get us the best price and the installation crew working diligently all day, we are very happy with Oy Boy. James and Tony knocked it out of the park to get it done in one day.

I had a specialized air delivery AC/Heat unit in my attic which is connected to a boiler. Most folks wouldn't work on it but OyBoy took it on. Gavin was my tech. He troubleshot a problem with the capacitor and when that didn't solve, he troubleshot the motor. He took the time to track down the right specialty part, get it ordered in, and followed through with the install. It was just good work and the price was honest. My house is warm again. They are now in my speed dial for the next time I run against a similar problem.

Completely ridiculous! Because of there one fired/quit employee that didn't do there job and submit what he was supposed to, to my insurance I'm stuck with the full bill and they don't care. He pushed us into a loan instead of doing what we needed for our insurance! Update: You guys made everything right! Thanks!

Gavin your technician was at my house the other day because I had a HVAC friend who told me that I need to replaced my flame heating sensors on my furnace. Gavin show up early at my house. He went above and beyond to diagnose and determine that wasn’t the issue. He repaired my furnace in a timely manner. I’m grateful for his professional and knowledgeable of his jobs. I will definitely refer friends and families to this company. Thank you your services.

We used OyBoy to install a new HVAC system in a 150 year old house. They fixed everything including our twisted, detached duct work. They were so kind and professional and gave us a fair quote. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to OyBoy & specifically Jason as my friends had an amazing experience with them. I called & Jason, one of the owners, met me within 24 hours, wrote up a professional bid, and got started immediately. They told me it was a big job and could take 4 days. They were done in two. When I went over to check on the work. It was not only done but they cleaned up so well that you couldn’t tell they were there. They were fast, efficient, and did high quality work. What I appreciated the most is that Jason wanted to know more about what our agency did. He genuinely cared. We may have even had a tear or two by the time we were done talking. Jason has a huge heart, was military thus has a strong work ethic and unwavering integrity!!! I can’t recommend them enough and will be telling all my friends, and coworkers.

When: Oct 2022, install took 3 full days. What: 1 system with 18kBTU heat pump with 3 minisplits, and another 12kBTU heat pump with 2 minisplits. Price: ~$26k Good: System works as expected. Heats well, but too soon to see how well it cools. Bad: The price, because my expectation is that for the amount, service would have been a lot better. The ugly: - I found a service tech demolishing bricks on the external wall of my house with my own hammer and screwdriver. When I asked him to remove hole bricks instead of smashing them to pieces, he responded "there's not really a tool for cutting holes in brick". - Techs were careless towards my home the first day, leaving external doors all the way open (on cold, rainy days), not taking care to clean their feet, not covering their work areas with drop cloths, and leaving at the end of the day with brick, mortar, and plaster dust covering our furniture near their work sites. - The salesman, when contacted about the unprofessional behavior of their installers on the first day, said he would take care of it. However, I was not asked what was wrong. The techs came, apologized about being messy and vacuumed up their dust, but I was not listened to when trying to point out my other concerns. - The install techs continued to be messy but only outside of the our living areas. After the job was done, I've been finding garbage all around my yard from their install. - After explaining where I wanted one of the linesets on the side of the building, I was told that "it would just be easier" to place the lineset in a way that I anticipated could cause problems. Now that I'm getting electrical equipment installed on the same side of the building, I'm seeing that "easier" only meant for the installer, not the home owner. - The techs broke a vent pipe for my water heater and they blame the problem on my water heater installer. There is no offer to pay for the service call or fix it properly.

Very impressed with Matt G who helped us select the best HVAC and humidifier for our business. The installation was immediate and they worked with our schedule to not interrupt our normal business hours. They also installed new thermostats and gave everyone a tutorial on how to properly run the system. 10/10 Highly recommend this company.

This summer I needed some estimates for an AC install in my mother's rental property. I had 4 different companies come out to give me quotes and was surprised to find that Oy Boy was going to charge 10k more than the other companies for AC install on a simple townhome. I didn't end up using them. BUT... I thought to myself, hey, these guys seem pretty knowledgeable and seem to know what they are talking about. I'll have to try using them again some time for a smaller job. Plus they have great Google Reviews, right? That job came at the end of summer, when I decided to get a tune-up done on all of the HVAC units in my home. I have an AC unit and two furnaces (one for upstairs and one for downstairs.) During the tune-up, the technician broke our AC unit. He was very apologetic and came back to fix it free of charge the same week. No biggie, accidents happen. Glad they fixed it and everything was supposedly taken care of. One issue is not enough to pass judgement. Unfortunately, once winter hit, I started having issues with my upstairs furnace. Called OyBoy and after sending the same technician over, they claim my furnace is too big for my space and needs more vents. Also my AC unit is too big. Quote me 9k to fix the issue (uh, yeah, that's not gonna happen). Never heard about any of this during the tune-up this summer, mind you. And I've never had issues with either unit in the 5 years since I've had them. They did re-check the downstairs furnace and claim that it was the right size and should be fine. Only a few weeks after the upstairs furnace debacle, my downstairs furnace started giving us issues. Came home one evening to a chilly downstairs and the smell of gas in the house. We had to call a Dominion Energy emergency line and they advised we evacuate the house until they could send someone to investigate. Looks like it may have been a simple matter of the machine not getting proper ventilation from the outside. Once again... never heard anything about this f

I bought a new furnace and AC through OyBoy and scheduled semi-annual maintenance and tune-ups with them. At the beginning of this year, I scheduled an A/C tune-up for March 2022 and a heater tune-up for November 2022. I had to follow up in March because I didn’t receive a confirmation notice like other companies do when the appointment is approaching. When speaking with the phone agent, I got the impression that they would have been a no-show if I hadn’t called. It is now November and they were a no-show up for the appointment that was scheduled months in advance. Again, no notice or communication. I didn’t bother following up this time; I’m tired of this game. I scheduled a service appointment with another company.

Tyrell and Nerrick installed three systems in two and a half days and added ac to both sides of my house. We were kept informed of what they were doing throughout the whole process and showed what was done. Everything looks great and works wonderful. We haven't ever had ac on either side and now can't wait for summer to try out the ac. Thank you gentlemen!
