We told them we had a main line clog that needed two men. The decided to send one, who told us he couldn’t do it with only one person, just like we said! Left and now we have to spend the weekend with no water. Useless company.

Made a particular request for a specialist in radiant water heater systems to address an issue with no hot water pressure - NOT a city mandated issue, as the cold water (or just the water in general) coming into the house had wonderful pressure. They came in, didn't have any idea on what the issue was and what to do about it, and left it worse than before they arrived; absolutely no hot water at all. They removed parts (temperature mixing valve), and implemented a setup in order to troubleshoot the issue, and then just left it that way - didn't even attempt to return it to the way it was before they arrived. It was just poor customer service - very unprofessional. Will NOT work with them ever again and do not recommend them for anyone.

Technician came out to help examine a flooding problem in one of our bathrooms, helped determine the likely cause as well as provided recommendations on what to do next. They were actually able to come ahead of schedule and were in and out quite quickly. As no work was needed at the time, they also didn't charge me for the visit either. Overall a very positive experience.
They did an excellent job. We were in a pinch and needed immediate service and they were so speedy, professional, thorough, and effective. They came within an hour of me calling. Definitely would recommend!
I called Expert Plumbing to find out why I had a leak in my shower head arm. They sent someone out for a free consultation. Then, their technician Anthony that came out was so helpful and kind. We had to replace drywall around the shower head arm and so we didn't use the shower for a couple weeks after he came. Once we turned the shower back on we learned we had lost water pressure somehow. Expert Plumbing was so kind and understanding and sent out Anthony again to take a look. Within 2 minutes Anthony had fixed the problem at no extra cost. I'll definitely call them again for any future needs I have. Grade A customer service.
I would give them one star... but at least they were nice! The technician that they sent wouldn’t go up into the our attic. He came over and got sheepish when he learned about the location of our furnace. Ultimately he concluded that he... wouldn’t fit... what?? So now we have to go without heat for another night all because junior is timid of the dark.
Arthur did a great job! He arrived early, was quick and took care of the problem.

This is not a service provider. All they do it have a reference list and charge you $30 to send a service provider to do the work. AVOID. Call the service company directly and save the $30 referral fee.
I was helping my daughter hang some shelves in her bathroom and accidentally screwed into her flex pipe. We both got on the phone and started calling local plumbers to see who could get here the soonest. This was also on Labor Day. When I called Expert Plumbing and let them know of our situation they said they would rearrange some things and get someone there immediately. Within 30 minutes from my call a plumber was at our door and 30 minutes the problem was fixed. With it being a holiday I was expecting to pay holiday pricing but what he quoted for the repair was nothing close. I could not believe the price he quoted. He was profesional, explained everything that was going to happen and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, especially the Lehi office as they were the ones who came!
Ripped up the backyard, left trash everywhere including plastic water bottles, a bag of Funyuns, a coke can, and two banana peels, and did something to the electrical component that our dryer is hooked up to as it no longer powers on. They also blocked our car in for three days and were not considerate of a sick, sleeping baby that they constantly woke up. Wasn’t impressed.
Stewart was great. I needed a ceiling fan installed and it looks wonderful! He was quick and efficient and left no mess behind. I will definitely be using their services again!
Our technician Richard M. and his partner came in and installed our brand new furnace and ac unit. They did a wonderful and professional job. Got us up and running to cool us down in this hot weather! I know for a fact we'll be toasty warm this coming winter. Thank you Expert we always come to you guys for our plumbing and hvac needs. Had an electrician (very professional and knowledgeable) come inspect our system and flip a breaker, which temporarily fixed the larger issue of the electrical system in our kitchen. However the problem wasn’t solved and when I called to request someone to come fix the issue I was told there would be a 10 day wait. Unacceptable for an issue that we were already assured was repaired.
Came to fix a clogged toilet and had amazing customer service! They were here within 2 hrs of calling them and were on time with the appointment time given. I got exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable. Super friendly service. They send you a picture of the plumber and name so that you know exactly who to expect at your door. I highly recommend this company.
Expert Plumbing is awesome! We had a bit of a Sunday emergency plumbing situation and Carter came out quickly and took care of it for us. Carter did a great job and he was great to work with. Thanks so much!!
Expert Plumbing Services were great! Chandler was fast and efficient, and he did all he could to make sure we paid as little as possible. He also came during the appointed time and called before to let us know when he was one his way.
