PPM is one of the only plumbers I've found who's available on Sundays in our area! (Some even say 24/7 on their website, but aren't available Sundays!) We had a leak on a Sunday and they were able to get the plumber out to us quickly :) Isaac was great at checking everything out and getting us lined up with a restoration company to save us $ with opening the walls to find and get to the leak. He does quick work and was pleasant to have in our home. He also is great at problem solving and had solutions to a remodeling project that stumped other plumbers we've had out to give estimates. Kai came out later to check out our HVAC unit and was great as well! We'll definitely use them again!
These guys are good and have been able to fix a lot of my problems in a very timely manner! Bottom line, they get the job done and they do a quality job. I highly recommend.
I called Parleys to schedule 2 appointments. One for repairing a leak & one to check the heating & cooling. I was honest & told her my house is in poor condition; messy verging on a hoarders house. She made the 2 appointments. Several hours later she called back telling me she had to cancel the appointment. She said she had thought they could fit me in but they were booked out. I assumed the HVAC appointment was still valid and waited today for them to show up. They did not. When I called, she told me that this one had been canceled also. She finally admitted it was because it was a "hoarder" house. So she lied to me. I was honest with her & wish she had been honest with me.
Just worked with them recently for an entire house re-pipe/plumbing. They got everything done with precision and fast. Also worked with them in other projects in the past. Thank you!
Boiler system repair~ I can always count on Parley's Plumbing to respond quickly and get to the source of the problem. Our home is through 2 canyons and not the easiest to access in the winter, but Parley's plumbing somehow makes it up there. I appreciate their responsiveness, quick appointment time, and the quality of work. I feel very fortunate to have found this company to assist with our plumbing needs.
We appreciate the fact that Ellery is quite knowledgeable with radiant heat problems. He's being to our place only 2 times, each for different reasons. He has been able to resolve the issues with competency and in a timely manner. We will never call anyone else. We trust these guys so much!
Mason came in on a day that our furnace went out and he was an absolute professional. He instantly knew what the problem was and it took him all but 20-30 minutes to wrap everything up. He was very willing to educate me on what the problem was and how to prevent it. Last but not least the price was more than generous. I will absolutely be using these guys in the future.
Man, even though the problem ended up being a lot bigger than they originally thought Jake was super professional and thorough and personable and awesome. Our furnace and AC are getting really old and I 1000% will call them when it breaks or needs service.
Rob and Jacob came and fixed up some bathtubs and toilets in my new rental home today and they were extremely professional and kind! They communicated with me throughout the whole process and were very personable as well! I'm very happy with their service and definitely recommend parleys ppm!
I had a sewer issue that needed to be fixed asap. They were quick to respond, charged fairly and exactly what was quoted. I don’t remember the technicians name who came out, but he was incredibly polite and personable. I would absolutely recommend this company!
My husband and I bought a house that we knew needed quite a bit of work! We had multiple plumbers over and give offers, however, Adam stuck out to us! He was so knowledgeable and friendly when giving a quote we just had to go with him! He was quick to add us to a schedule that wasn’t weeks out! When the time came to re-plumb our entire house, Adam and James rose to the challenge! They arrived on time and worked through every unexpected curve ball this old creaking house threw at them! They didn’t complain and answered question upon question (we are nosy and wanted to know every step!) These two made an incredible team and did a perfect job even though it took an extra day and working into the night! The amount of elbow grease it took to completely re-pipe our house was astounding, but these two guys were incredible! I wouldn’t have gone with anyone else! List of tasks: - Re-plumbing entire house (built in early 50s, two kitchens, two baths, two laundry rooms, cutting through cement wall panels, working around hidden electrical issues, etc) - installing water softener - installing new pressure release valve - installing new shower head - installing new dishwasher - installing reverse osmosis filter - adding plumbing to fridge for drinking water/ice maker If I could add pictures I would! 5 stars! I could not recommend Adam and James enough!!! We will be having them back in spring to re-pipe the water line from the city as we don’t trust anybody else now!
PPM is awesome. New Furnace. Installed perfectly. They are the best! I have used Parleys for two water heaters and a furnace. They are awesome! I am very confident in their ability to perform.

PPM installed a brand new water heater 4 years ago. They told me that their water heaters are better quality and will last longer than water heaters you can buy at home depot. The water heater that was installed 4 years ago is only used for radiant heat in our basement in the winter. The radiant heat was not working so I called PPM to have a technician come and look at the water heater. I was informed that the expansion tank was bad and they needed to replace it. This cost $418. A week later I noticed the radiant heat wasn't working and there was also water surrounding the water heater. I called PPM and a technician came out and said that the water heater needed a new expansion tank valve and that it would cost an additional $309. I have now paid $727 on a water heater expansion tank and valve that was only 4 years old. I called the office to ask for a breakdown of the costs and they could not provide one. I wanted to know how much the part cost and how much I was paying for labor and they could not provide me with that information. The technician was only at my house between 30 and 45 minutes. I have two water heaters and the other one I purchased from home depot (Rheem) 6 years ago ( 2 years older than the one PPM installed) and I have had ZERO issues with it and it was significantly cheaper ($6-$700). I was talked into buying a more expensive water heater through PPM because they claimed their water heaters were of superior quality and would last longer. So why after 4 years did I need to spend an additional $727 on a water heater that is only 4 years old and is only used 4 months out of the year? Also, when PPM installed the water heater 4 years ago, my two water heaters were connected and we NEVER ran out of hot water. They told me it would be better to separate the two, which cost more money. I am not an expert and signed off on what they had told me would be better. After completing the install, our house had significantly less hot water. When I informed PPM
Called for help with leak in water softener Friday at noon technician arrived @ 4 that day and diagnosed problem quickly. Returned first thing Monday morning with replacement tank a quickly completed repairs

Weirdly belittling experience… I’m not even sure what just happened but I guess it’s rude for me to call in on my leaking appliance…
I called late at night once we realized our water heater was out. We were heading out for a two-week international trip the following day, but had tenants in our basement. Their dispatch agent got someone to come out 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday and Collin was able to replace the entire water heater under warranty before 11:00 a.m! Incredible service, awesome work!
The office is great help! I talked to Delaney and she was awesome! I'll be using them as my plumbers in the future, thanks to her.
PPM Ins does five stars from me. They employ the most skilled, competent, and trustworthy employees. I so appreciated Collin coming out late on a Friday night to fix the flood in my basement. His knowledge impressed me. Thank you to Marilyn for answering the phone and dispatching a plumber in my hour of need. These days there are few companies that will answer an emergency call when it is most inconvenient. So grateful for PPM. I would recommend them to anyone. And by the way, I have used this company multiple times as my plumbers, heating specialists, and HVAC.
