Josh was at house on time for the task and he was professional and detail oriented, he did an good job installing a new A/C & heating system with a new thermostat in my house. He reviewed all the cables and made sure all the systems were working properly and the installation was according to the city building codes. Everett and his partner were essential in explaining the procedure of cleaning the ducts, etc. Also they replaced the 40 year old metal rusty vents with white new vents. The old vents caused stains on the ceiling so they painted white that made the whole work look beautiful.

They arrived out to deal with a furnace/ac issue and resolved it Dillan was super nice and showed me what the problem was and educated me on the impact and ways to prevent it in the future. We also talked and video games which is totally unrelated to the service but still makes a house visit more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise.
knowledgeable customer service. contacted late Saturday to bring vehicle in. Mechanic was accommodating, fast to diagnosis and repair. Appreciate having an excellent customer service at a fair price. Mechanic seemed honest as well. Vehicle repairs are always scary, but felt like we were in good hands with an honest, reputable company and mechanic. We came for the name, but we’ll keep coming back (hopefully not anytime soon) for the mechanic.
In addition to the heating maintenace Lawrence checked out a bathroom light switch which will be replaced by and checked out the ductwork to a bedroom which gets dusty between cleanings. All this done while patiently answering alot of questions from me. I am a satisfied long term customer.
The company was fast about scheduling an appointment. As for Gabe this man did an amazing work from begin to finish helping me with options giving sound advice and his quality of work is outstanding.
