Santiago Malik knows the heat pump/mini split systems. Not only does he listen well, he comprehended exactly what I want with the 3 different set ups my property requires. He and Nick are a dream team. arrived in, put it together and it works. I am confident with the project that was done here. happy customer!
We had contacted 2 other fix services, and received no response. Edward came Worked and now our home is warm. The price was reasonable.
Installation and clean up was terrifc and after the fact communication and connection to sales advisor was professional and
contacted for an appointment and they got me in, next day. Brought my pickup in for 4 tires, mount, and balance, and an alignment. Also needed some exhaust job done. The tech did a awesome inspection on my suspension, got my new tires on, and got it aligned just right. Took care of the road whine that I had been experiencing. They handled my exhaust leak and got me back on the road with no fuss, and quality service. recommended them.
wonderful company to task with. The company is committed to customer work as they called prior to the technician arriving to tell me he was on the way and called after the service to ensure we were satisfied. Robert was our tech who was known and it was almost as he’s been servicing our units for years. I’ve used them in the past at a different property to install a new unit and will continue to use them. This service involved coil cleaning and general maintenance on two units.
Russell was a pleasure to have in my house as a repairman for my heating furnace. He was knowledgeable in his trade and explained what he was doing and what he found in terms that were understandable to me. He was useful in assisting me in making a decision about my current unit.

To start with, our furnace was 19 years old when we bought our house, it was the first day we worked out the A/C and our utility room in the basement flooded. We were so thrilled that they were able to get us on the schedule and helped diagnose and fixed the problem and professionally. Yes we had to get a new furnace and coil, but I felt like they weren’t up selling or charging us outrageous prices. As a little background, our last house we had a company quote us almost triple the price for a furnace, so we were a little nervous about working with another company. This company was really easy to work with! Also the first unit they had brought out wasn’t perfect so they quickly got a new one and installed it!
Edward was professional and got the project done in a timely manner. They were able to meet my needs and go above and beyond to repair my electrical issues. Would endorse to others.
I could not have had a better experience. I had a list of things that my husband had written down for me that we needed prices for. I went over to the 'Pro' side and (forgive me for not remember her name) she was AWESOME! It took her no time to get me a price list for my multiple items. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to help! I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes (this would have taken me days!) You have an exceptional employee there and I know I am grateful she was! God bless

Gene was incredibly courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He should train your future technicians because his demeanor and skillset are beyond admirable. Keep this guy around! He addressed all of my concerns, even improved upon existing system and left spic and span. Employees like this are rare. Hope his years of work are honored!
This company always has a fast response and are professional. The tech that arrived to us yesterday Lawrence, was superb in answering all questions and explaining all details and differences of each systems and helping us out recommended. There’s a lot of companies that don’t go on the same day calls but they did and sooner than the time frame that was given
