Apparently when you build a home and Bergmann does the heating and AC you are now the proud owners of Bregmann's name and number stickers on all of the thermostats in your home.
Terrible service. I sent them some information they requested via email they requested but didnt answer in over 2 weeks. I tried following up on them but they never replied back up to this date. It has been 1 month since I sent them the information and I haven't heard from them
These guys were awesome!!! They gave me worst case scenario of when they could come out and see why my A/C unit I just replace just over a year ago wasnt working at all. Guy was my technician and immediately knew what the issue was. Unfortunately because it was over a year, it was not longer under warranty. Even though it wasn't a cheap repair, Guy's attitude towards the whole situation, made the salt in the wound hurt a little less. Once the job was completed, the A/C is working the best it ever has since I've owned the home and replaced the unit! They definitely just gained a new customer! Guy you are the best!

My grandmother had a central air installed back in 2015 and she always complained about it not working. She pass away 2 yrs ago and I inherent her house and she was right. Yesterday was 78 degrees and the central air took 2 hours to get to 77 degrees and it just runs all day with no real cooling.
We first used Bergmann heating when we put in a new furnace and air conditioner about a year ago. They were so much more reasonably priced than the other companies we got quotes from, and they came highly recommended from family in the area. They were able to install the furnace quickly in the winter when we had no heat, and we’ve loved the new system. Guy has been our technician when we get our hvac system serviced, and he is always so polite and friendly. I’m not one to write reviews much (I do read them a lot) and I’d highly recommend bergmann!
I have had Bergmann’s service our home multiple times over several years. They have repaired heating and AC and installed a gas line for a new gas range. They have always been responsive, professional, and done an outstanding job. And have always done the job right the first time. Prices have also been very fair and reasonable. High integrity, professional, and great results.
If I could give Bergmann's a negative star it would be too much. I had a technician repair a problem with my split A/C Carrier system. It took a little over and hour to repair and the rate was reasonable, however, the next morning I noticed the slats on the unit were not replaced properly. I called to report the problem and the technician became angry and said he had repaired it and would not return to check on or fix the problem unless I paid for repairs again. I've tried several times throughout the week to contact the owner, left messages, but to no avail. Its a shame, I have used Bergmann's in the past with no problems so beware of this company. I still have air flaps that are not working properly
I just had Bergmann come out and look at my AC unit that had stopped running. The tech was professional and thorough. Upon inspection they discovered that my compressor was not kicking on but rather than conclude that because of the age of the unit it had failed they dug a little deeper and discovered a corroded wire was the culprit. They could have easily sold me on a whole new unit to the tune of several thousand dollars but instead quickly resolved the issue and got me back in business. Showed real integrity in my opinion. Bergmann customer for life, thanks to Guy.
I've been using Bergmann's for over 20 years, they are the best! My AC went out last night, they came first thing this morning and I have AC again. Always polite and professional.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. My appointment was in the morning (10- noon) and the guy finally showed up at 5:30 pm. I had someone suggest that our coolant level was probably low. The Bergman technician had no idea what I was talking about when it came to coolant. They charged me $70 to be super late, to look at my machine and tell me nothing was wrong and then to make me feel stupid when I used the word "coolant". Very disappointing.

If I could give them a negative star I would, they are awful!!!! My air conditioner that they installed stopped working in July and I just moved in at the end of March to my brand new home and they refused to fix it under warranty. I had a brand new baby that wasn’t even two months old yet in a house in southern Utah with no air conditioning in the middle of summer. They didn’t care to return calls, I had to keep calling. And in the end I went through some else. I even tried to have them come look at it when it started leaking water within the first three months that I moved in. If you are even considering using them to do anything on your home, DONT DO IT!!!!

They bid on a job at my house, the first day they didn’t show up, so I started doing the work myself. They showed up the next day and I asked them to adjust the bid because there was only one third of the work left to do. The technicians were reasonable but they said they don’t discuss the cost, they just do the work - which is understandable. So they gave me the number of the guy that bids jobs, and when I called him to explain the situation, he got extremely rude and pulled the guys off the job without even considering re-bidding. I would not recommend their service.
They are contracted with my Home Warranty company, but refused to come fix our AC when we desperately needed it. We would have to pay a lot extra to get bumped to their urgent list. Meanwhile, we are dying in the heat, and have guests arriving soon.
They helped me get my heater working. Sold me a rebuilt draft inducer. Worked great, thank you!!
Very, very thankful for this great company. We don’t live in the most accessible place, and we have propane for heating, which is needed when the temps drop to 9-11 degrees at night. The heater died towards the end of the workday, and when I called Bergmann they immediately sent someone up to help us. Professional, kind, understanding, and worth any price. Thank you for helping my little ones stay warm...
