Erik did a great job determining what was wrong with our A/C. He was quick, efficient, and considerate, and also did some unscheduled additional work we requested while he was there. Not only that, the additional fix he did wasn't working the next day and he came right back to see what was wrong -- it turned out it was our error, not his. Hats off to Erik!
We had our drain cleaned. Victor was very thorough about explaining things. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was working before he left. And he kept everything clean. I was grateful.
Scott O, was quick to come diagnose our problem. His experience and knowledge is greatly appreciated. Our trouble with our air conditioner came during the hottest time of the year so far and my entire family was struggling to sleep and relax with the A/C going out. He got us to a comfortable level within hours. And came back the next day to bring us a temporary fix until the installation team can replace the old system. We are gratefull for Any Hour and Scott O specifically for their help resolving this issue.
Always been very happy with Any Hour. Victor just came out to do a warranty repair. No charge, and he was the most helpful guy. So friendly. Definitely recommend Any Hour.
Danny was awesome! Helped me address a few issues outside of our toilet, and fixed the issue we had. Also found out he’s a car guy! He’s a great dude! I Appreciate the help!
Tyrell showed up on time, was very professional and was able to diagnose the issues with my furnace/AC. He walked me through each issue and was able to show and explain each one. We came up with the best solution/resolution. I was headed out for vacation and they were able to squeeze me in at such a peak time of year. I really appreciated that. I will use them again for future projects.
Herbert came to snake our tub drain and check out some other plumbing issues we have been experiencing. He worked hard, was knowledgeable and very kind…even letting my 4 year old sit in the bathroom asking him questions while he worked. Really great experience overall!
This was the best service experience I’ve ever had. Keaton was so kind and professional, he answered all my questions and willingly talked me through how my HVAC system worked at my request. He checked on the health of my system, gave me pointers to extend the longevity of my unit, even checked on and showed me a few other features I didn’t even know about. He was honest and transparent, gave me options to consider so that I could make the decision that was best for me and my family, and I didn’t feel any pressure to make decisions right away. Any Hour is our go-to and Keaton is your guy when it comes to HVAC! I won’t go anywhere else.
Isaac was on time, professional and very informative. He explained the possible solutions and what each would cost. He was able to complete the repair in a good amount of time and it works well. I'm Impressed with the service I received.
The scheduling online was superb and easy. Jorge was super professional & educational. He was very informative and communicated with politeness and professionalism. He helped me understand some of the things he saw and what he felt was important. I was very impressed and will continue to call Any Hour Services for all my needs in my home!
So we recently had a new A/C Heat Pump system installed. There were some integration issues at the time, but Any Hour came out without complaint and without charge to fix them. Fast forward to today - the system had worked marvelously for a few weeks, then stopped cooling. Robin W came out suspecting a leak in the system because of this behavior. Within an hour, he had found the leak (A tiny little support valve not core to the main functionality, but still looped in) and fixed it! Then he went through the entire system to validate it, and didn't leave until the house was comfortable. Thanks, Robin!
Curtis Sorenson did an excellent job today. I appreciated the professionalism, and quick yet thorough explanation. I've used Any Hour for a lot of things over the last six years (for personal and rental properties) and they are consistent with their high-quality service. When I've used other companies, it feels like a toss up on what you're going to get... sometimes it's okay and other times it's not. With Any Hour, it's consistently a good experience.
Tyler is an exceptional electrician and found problems in our electric panel and other areas that needed upgrades. He was courteous and able to fix everything we required and took the time to explain what he did. I highly recommend Any Hour Electric Thank you for the outstanding quality and service
When I called, the lady on the line was great, very friendly, and attentive to my problem, she quickly answered my questions and set up the appointment. Tristen, the person who showed up, was very professional and explained how everything would work and the charges, which was very surprising that no extra charges were added; I had a coupon, and they honored it. Tristen was very nice and respectful, and finished quit fast. I am actually already going to use them for my parents house. I recommend their work 100%.
Russell came and took care of our water heater. Got things done quickly. He told me all the options so my husband and I could make a decision. He did a great job!
Herbert has come to our home multiple times to help us with complex plumbing issues caused by our children. He always works so hard to get us the best deal and is a delight to have. He has a great attitude, is kind and a hard worker. We're so glad we got to have him two times because the service he provided was excellent.
Our plumber Justin Cooper went above and beyond with our repipe and water heater job. He has an amazing work ethic. He’s extremely thorough and shares every detail about what he’s doing and why throughout the process. He ran into a lot of issues with our old house and ended up doing a few unanticipated jobs free of charge. The results of this job are outstanding. We are so happy with our new pipes, water heater, drains, etc. We will definitely be using Justin for any future plumbing jobs and feel confident that Any Hour will be our go to for other future house jobs.
We had a unique situation happen with our plumbing and any hour was awesome at taking care of the situation! Lloyd and Mark started the process and got us on our way to being up and running again. They had their crew come out and excavate our yard to investigate/repair and stop further damage being done to our home. Gavin, Octavio, Cesar, Jose and Dan went above and beyond to make sure everything was top notch before leaving our house! We were impressed with this business and would definitely use them again.

Nick was early (they verified this was on first). He was super polite and professional. He fixed my problem with my water softener and also gave me some really important information about maintenance on my water heater. It was a holiday, and I sort of expected rushed service, but Nick took the time needed to address all of my concerns.
