I like the business because they get on time and professional Responsive.
We've had such a great experience with this company. They really take care of you. We have an older home with difficult access to our HVAC system and Utah's Best has been willing to take it on with expert skill.
Had my furnace replaced utahs best came out the next day installed new furnace in a timely manner, worked with my home warranty and was professional and cleaned up there mess Great experience will call them in future for shure

Needed new AC. This company came out gave me a loaner portable AC until they could fit me in couple of days later. It's was hot 🔥 and my AC unit was on my roof. They had to get a crane to take it down and install new one as well as build new furnace. It's been 2 years their customer service is amazing. They really are what their name says! I give them 10 🌟 stars for real.
They came and worked on our unique electrical system. They were professional and performed the task in a timely manner. Our new home purchase needed an entire wire replaced because it was installed incorrectly and the the wrong outlet and wiring system for a dryer. They had to rewire and secure the wiring for other outlets as well. Our electrical box not labeled so they labeled it and ensured the wires were connected tightly. And appropriately. They did awesome for our copper electrical wiring system.

Our air conditioning condensing unit which was only a couple years old wasn’t producing cool air. Chris came out very quickly and did an assessment. The original technician who installed the new unit didn’t properly install it. Chris was very thorough and explained the problem to us. Very professional and friendly. We will continue with Chris.
Water heater went out on Saturday night and they were there Monday morning, Chris is a life saver!
I was very pleased with the installation of the mini-split and rewarded the installers with some very nice gifts.
Our heater wasn’t working and we called Utah’s Best Home Pros to send someone out and Brayden was professional, on time, and a pleasant individual. I was impressed with the response time, availability, and how their company is affordably priced. Brayden couldn’t find anything wrong with the equipment the first time around, so after changing the filter he said to call him if that didn’t fix the problem and he would come back. He ended up needing to come back and was able to come the day we called. He did a little more digging and cleaned the equipment and got to the real issue. Things worked well after that. Brayden gave us some quotes for replacement parts, etc. right then and there. And he didn’t charge us for another service visit. We will be using Utah Home Pros for our future HVAC needs!
Ceiling fans and electrical wiring and made sure that it worked properly and called couple days later to check that all was still working. I like that in a company that cares about the customer!
