I've been very pleased with TNT Mechanical, the owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. The level of detail that went into cleaning and preparing my AC condenser for summer is far beyond what I've seen other companies do. I will continue using them going forward.
Tim was fantastic. Zero pressure on giving me options to fix a furnace. Ended up making sense to replace it and the AC at the same time. No pressure at all. He helped stay late at our house till 8 pm working on the furnace so my family had heat. His prices were about half what another company quoted. He is trustworthy and great to work with. Now he is my go-to guy for any HVAC stuff. Thank you, Tim!
My furnace wasn't kicking on for 3 days, just as the weather turned. Not fun. I called up TNT which I was referred to by my friend at work. Since I called late in the day, on Thursday, I was told to expect them the next morning. That was fine by me, but I was still dreading that we'd need a new furnace because our current unit is 30+ years old (we knew we would need a new one, just hoping to delay that a little). Tim came out the next morning and diagnosed the issue. He let us know how messed up the electrical was in the unit, likely due to past work by other contractors or a previous homeowner. He could isolate the precise cause - no electrical getting beyond the electrical board. He said he'd need a couple hours to find a part (yay - we didn't have to replace the whole unit!). Tim contacted me in the early afternoon and said he could get the part installed that day. I was surprised and very happy. He sent another technician out with the part. He got it installed but the electrical issues remained, because of the aforementioned jerry-rigging and age of the machine. That technician, Denin may not be quite as familiar with old equipment like ours, but he was very kind and thorough. He let us know Tim would come back to see if he could get the system running again. I took this to mean he'd be back after the weekend, since this was 4:45pm in a Friday. About 7pm or so that night, Tim came back and stayed till he got the system running right. I was blown away at the level of service we received from Denin and Tim. They were awesome to work with and did a tremendous job working with my ancient furnace. Thank you TNT!
Needed a vent for my range hood quick. Fit me in and we're very reasonable in cost. Did a great job! Showed up when we're supposed too. Will use them agian.
Came down that night when ac went out in 100 degree temps. And came back early next morning to replace part. Made it through rest of summer thanks to them. Really great service and definitely using them again for new ac install.
Great support, kept me informed on arrival. Explained the details of what he was doing as he worked on furnace. A real nice guy. Definitely would recommend their company
Such great service help me repair an old existing heating system we had in our shop and helped me all the way through until the end highly recommend extremely grateful.
We had an old swamp cooler that went out and decided it was time for an upgrade. TNT Mechanical were the first and most prompt to get back to us. Tim, Brian and another gentleman came when they said they would, they were efficient, respectful, honest, and very kind. They even came back to help with some issues that presented after the work was done. There were no surprise fees or additional expenses, they only charged what was quoted. Needless to say we will definitely be recommending TNT to our family and friends. If we have any issues in the future they will be our first call. Thanks for helping make our summer be a lot cooler!
Tim is super!!!! When our old AC unit had a "melt down" he returned my call promptly and was able to look at our unit that evening 😀 He replaced our unit in a prompt and professional manner at a very reasonable price. We ended up having unforseen issues caused by our old unit. He was diligent in finding those and that was greatly appreciated in the severe heat. He is honest, prompt and cares for his customers! Couldn't more pleased. Thanks, Tim!
TNT is awesome! I had Tim come out to service my air conditioner. I felt he was very knowledgeable and that he was honest about the condition of my unit, he let me know upfront that the unit was in bad shape and that servicing will probably not fix the problem long term, I payed him what I felt was a good price to try to fix it, the unit still was having some problems after because of how bad of shape some of the components are in, so I had him replace the whole unit, he gave me a good deal plus subtracted the service charge from the last visit! He got the unit replaced fast! It's hard to find good companies with good ethics anymore! I will definitely be giving TNT my business in the future!
Tim is so awesome! When you request his service he is incredibly prompt. He is extremely nice and trustworthy. He will explain all your options and what would be best and why. The pricing for the work he performed was very fair and he busted it out extremely fast! Thank you so much for the great service!
Our heating stopped working overnight. Around 7AM our house was 55 degrees. I searched google for HVAC repair technicians. TNT was the first to answer my call at 7AM and had a technician over by 7:10. This professional service was so good to me. They fixed the issue within 45 minutes (the technician had to run and get a part because the part we needed was a different size than the one he had on hand). After the service was done, the price was substantially lower than I expected. I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking to get HVAC services. I don’t know any technician who has delivered services as fast, early, and convenient as they did. Thanks TNT!
TNT is amazing, did quality work, and were so kind. I felt I always knew what they were doing and we were always on the same page. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were kind to my family and a pleasure to work with.
