Cole came and fixed my central heat and air unit. Very nice young man. He would not give up until he found the problem. I have found my central heat and cooling company for life. When time comes I will get my new unit from these folks! Very very honest!!!
Cole is professional and honest, and will do what is most economical for the customer. Cole is as experienced as they come, and genuinely wants to make the customer happy. He came out when the bearing were going out on the fan, and instead of just replacing it, he tried to oil it up, to make it last until I could replace the entire unit. Most companies would have just told you to replace the fan motor, but he did what was right, and I cannot thank this company enough.
The technician was fast, super friendly, & checked back the next day to make sure it was working well. Highly recommend these folks! Thanks Estes Heating & Air
Estes Heat and Air is AMAZING! They respond to your call asap and take care of everything! There technicians are friendly and geniunly want whats best for the customer, not their pocket! They have great rates, and "A Plus" quality service. I will use them over and over again!!!!
Wow!!! Awesome!! Cole has been here twice before for AC problems! First time, he knew exactly what was wrong when he listened to the outside unit. Second time, he tested to see what was wrong, starting with what would be the least expensive to me!! Unfortunately, it cannot be fixed. I wouldn't even think of having anyone else replace the units (inside and out!), and Cole arrived this morning to do it! I am one VERY HAPPY (and cool!!) customer!!!
Love these guys! We’ve had 2 problems with our unit. Both time they were able to get out to us quickly and fix the problem at a reasonable rate. They are the only company we will use for any future issues we may have.
Great guys. Great and accurate service. I would not trust anyone else. Cole is very friendly and explained things very well to me for decision making. Have left him in my home working while I went out. Thats how much I trust him. Donnie is his uncle, the owner, and they are great. Very ethical and very reasonable in price. What more could anyone want?
