We have always used Eddie and Newsom Heating and Air for many years. They came out on Thanksgiving night when our unit went out and checked it. They replaced it by first of the week and have serviced it when needed. You can call Eddie and he will always call you back or show up.
Very professional, reliable, dependable family operated. This business has been awesome in servicing our central air units at our residence. Highly recommend and will continue to use with all of our future needs.
They are always available when needed!Eddie helped us replace the unit and duct work after the flood of 2010!He keeps the unit serviced and is always available to answer questions!We have never been surprised with unreasonable pricing!We have used their services since buying our home in 2000!
We use Newsom's Heat and Air for two houses, one rental, and a garage apartment. They are responsive, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. They will continue to be our go-to HVAC company.
This company has always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. No matter how hot or cold it is outside, no matter how busy they are, they always get to us in a timely manner and are very reasonably priced. Can’t find better people to take care of your HVAC needs!

While out providing a 'free' estimate for a new AC install they were asked to look at a unit that had recently gone out. They had installed the unit in question 3 yrs ago. They charged full service price for the visit ($68) and $225 for 3 lb of R410a $293 total. Other local contractor charged $209 for emergency after-hours visit on the weekend plus full coolant charge. Local retail price for coolant ( at time of review) is $150 for 25lb canister. $150/25lb= $6/lb retail, and charged $75/lb from Newsom. Service/cost = 75/6= 12.5 *100%= 1250% markup. Other contractors in the area are 400-500% mark-up for R410a. I also never received the promised qoute for the new install. They lost a $6000 job due to excessive markup on refrigerant.
Had my unit go down after a bad storm a few weeks back and these guys went above my expectations and made sure we had cold air that day. He worked all day in the heat and found time to squeeze us in and get us up and running. Couldnt of had better customer service
I will never use them again! They put a new unit in March of 2015 and I have had nothing but problems out of it since. If you can get them to answer the phone they might come out 2 or 3 days later charge you $68.00 to look at the unit and say as long as its running then it's fine well no no it's not if it was I wouldn't have called you and they tell you after you call a 100× more it needs a part and as soon as it comes in they be back to fix it. Well guess what they never showed up. CALL REDD'S HEATING AND AIR FROM NOW OWN. THEY CAME OUT IN THE RAIN NOT TO LONG AFTER WE CALLED AND THEY ARE GETTING THE ISSUE FIXED AFTER 4 YEARS ITS FINALLY GETTING FIXED.
will never use this company again!! never answered my calls!! wouldnt send me my bills I would have to call them to get them sent to me!! had to have some work they did on my ac unit fixed by another company!! my unit has never worked right upstairs and I kept telling them that and they never listened!! had another company come out and immediately found the problem and fixed it and our unit runs the best it ever has!!!
The folks at Newsom's are some of the best people I know. They will always take care of your problem and do the right thing.
We consider ourselves fortunate to have Newsom's do our HVAC work. They are so very honest and transparent. We've had numerous services, repairs, new units and installations from them.
Newsom's is the only heating and air company I will use. They have been thorough and have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. We have had both service work, residential and commercial, and a unit replacement with Newsom's.
