Super easy process! Texted Austin on a Thursday, equipment came in on Monday and he sent installers on Tuesday first thing in the morning. They kept their work area tidy and cleaned up after themselves completely. Austin then came by to inspect the work completed. Within an hour of installation I had to put on a hoodie because I was too cold! Will definitely continue using First Class Heating & Air Conditioning for my HVAC needs. Thank you!

Wonderful family owned company. These folks do quality work. They are honest and thorough. I feel they take a logical and intelligent path to troubleshooting any issue. I have used them for years now and will continue to use them for any and all HVAC needs. Highly recommend.
Great! If you enjoy him coming out , telling you what he can and will do and then never calling you back or answering any text again after trying to reach out to him 5x with NO response. At least have the decency to respond to people

I'm very appreciative of the quick response and honesty of this company! One of the first hot days of Spring killed our AC, and we were able to get it inspected the next morning. They recommended a couple repair or replacement options and were open and honest without trying to upsell the more expensive options. All quotes seemed very fair and less than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. They were able to be out first thing the next day -- a Saturday, no less -- and the installation was done in less time than they quoted. Throughout it all, they were prompt, responsive, pleasant to deal with, and respectful of the home and property while working. Excellent service! All in all, I have zero regrets working with First Class HVAC and would happily call them again for any tune-ups, repairs, or replacements in the future.

I was so impressed with the responsiveness of this company. For an HVAC company slammed in the 100 degree heat, Arty made time to come out not once, but twice in a two day period for a new customer. He is knowledgeable and a great problem-solver. Spring Hill is lucky to have such a true professional company here!!
Arty came to look at my system the very next day after I called him! Fixed my A/C on the spot very quickly, and then took the time to talk to me in detail about what was wrong and how my system works since I had not had a unit like this before. Called about a plumbing issue. The man said they don’t do plumbing anymore. I asked if he had any suggestions for help. He said no.
Great service!!! Honest company....that is a gem today! I will definitely use them if I ever need to again. I had a vent installed and a gas line capped, he exceeded my expectations and had the best price. I am very impressed!
So glad that my wife and I chose to go with First Class Plumbing and HVAC! Arty is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to us in detail. He also quoted us prices for different options on new units within 24 hours of his first visit, as well as promptly showing up at our residence with his crew the day of our scheduled installation. Very fair pricing and a very professional demeanor by him and his team. The work was completed in a quick and efficient manner. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
Arty came out to look at our HVAC unit and took a lot of time to explain to us what was wrong and how it is supposed to work. He made it easy to understand and never appeared to be "just trying to get our business". He really took the time to educate us. After we decided to just replace the unit, he was very prompt in returning a quote. Incredibly reasonable pricing and such a great guy to work with. As soon as we let him know we wanted to schedule the replacement, he scheduled us within 48 hours and they got the work done in 5 hours! Thank GOD for First Class Plumbing and HVAC. We would be miserable this summer if it wasn't for them and their business! I highly recommend him and his expertise to anyone! (It's finally back to 70 degrees in our house again!!! YAY!!!)
Artie and team did an excellent job of replacing 2 HVAC units for us. Artie is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. He was easy to communicate with and gave us several options to choose from. His guys were courteous and respectful of our home during the install. This was a big purchase for us and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. I highly recommend!
Artie does a great job and offers the best price. We have had him out several times and appreciate his honesty. He never tries to upsell which is rare in the industry. We will continue to use him and we are thankful he is based so close to home.
The guys from First Class did a great job installing a gas line for our kitchen. They were the only company to get back to us in a reasonable time with an estimate, and the estimate was very reasonable. They handled themselves in our home very professionally.
We've used First Class Plumbing twice; once for a gas line and again for some kitchen plumbing. We were very impressed with the prices they offered and the service we received. Arty was on time every time, friendly, and did quality work. We'll be using them again!
