Great experience. Called super early on a Sunday and had a service tech out there a few hours later. Honest and upfront on pricing. Signed up for their maintenance plan after service. Highly recommended!
Very professional!! Excellent work. I could not be happier. The technician showed me every detail of my AC unit and explained what needed to be done. There was no hard sell. Only recommendations and the benefits that come with doing them. My unit is now performing way way better. The air is cleaner. Smells good and is removing more moisture out of the air. I highly highly recommend going with this company.

During a heat wave, they were here within an hour! The price was better than reasonable and I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan…which paid for in full, up front, and combined with the service call fee, repair, and part, was STILL less than I expected to pay to have it fixed. A++

Thank you to Petitt Heating and Cooling for helping to resolve a minor issue that had become a big problem. We had water backed up in the drain pipe and then a part outside failed, leaving us with no air on a very hot evening during the summer. They replied and served us both times within 30 minutes and completed the work and fixed the issue. They were polite, excellent and efficient.
We have used Petitt Heating and Cooling for many years. We recently remodeled our home and added a new unit. The whole team is wonderful!! From the first call, to the installation, everyone is top notch. We also have a maintenance plan with them. We don't have to remember when to schedule our maintenance. We receive an email or a call to keep our unit running smoothly. This is important for our busy family. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

I had a ten year relationship with another company and when my condensor started making a noise when cycling off, all they wanted to do was sell me a new, very expensive system. I called Pettitt and Brett came out the next day, did a full maintenance service and told me all is good for the time being and noises should be expected as condensors age. I know it will need replacing in the near future, but why not wait till it actually does? And, of course, I will be using Brett and his team to install my new system. I highly recommend this company for any homeowner in Gallatin and all of middle Tennessee. Thanks, Brett!
I didn't expect to need a full AC replacement, but since I did I'm glad I found Petitt. Everyone I spoke too was extremely professional, and they were able to replace my unit the same day. Would highly recommend
I can’t say enough about Petitt Heating & Cooling! Logan was professional, courteous, and took excellent care of our AC unit. With close friends traveling from out of town to visit this week, I was so worried when our AC unit stopped cooling. Logan diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed and running much faster than I expected. I live out in Greenbrier and noticed my AC wasn't working. I was able to call Petitt late in the evening and have someone the very next morning. I am so use to having to wait at least a week with most business so this is a great change of pace.

When Brett came out, we explained everything that was happening. Brett immediately went into diagnostic mood. Within a short period of time, he found the problem and was able to correct it as best as possible. The reason I say this is because the builder of our new construction not only put in an undersized unit the duct work was subpar. That being said Brett was very friendly, professional, and kept us informed often that we knew what was happening as soon as he would discover anything. If Brett is any indication of this company rest assured you are in great hands.

Petitt Heating and Cooling is amazing. Technician named Garrett showed up early which was great. He walked me through everything he was doing as I watched. Very informative, personable and had great customer service. Told me how well me units were performing and answered all of my questions. The reviews that I read previously were all correct. They are why I chose Pettit but the customer service and Garrett are why I will be staying. I can't say enough about how satisfied I was. I can't wait for my opportunity to win an airscrubber!
