Great people
Friendly, fast and square-dealing
Both the owners, and technicians of this company are highly unprofessional, and inefficient at completing even the most basic HVAC tasks. I’m not typically one to leave bad reviews, but after our experience with the company, I’ve felt the need to share this review in hopes of helping out others from going down the same “Integrity” rabbit hole as we unfortunately did.

The team from Integrity HVAC is wonderful and help anyway they can. They are professional, and very knowledgeable.

I contacted this company a few weeks ago bc our 20 yr old AC stopped working. The company worked within our schedule to send a tech. The tech promptly diagnosed the problem and gave a price. The price was fair, but we realized with the age of our unit this would continue to be a problem, therefore we asked for a quote for replacement unit. The tech Andrew gave us a quote and we spoke with Tabitha to get our unit installed. Of course due to the price we went for financing with the company they use. The financing company was incredibly helpful and affordable. The AC company also corrected an error that was made promptly and with kindness. I have been impressed with their service, technicians, and the office staff. This company lives up to their name and puts the "I " in integrity. We will continue to utilize them for our needs in the future after a steller experience.
Chris and the gang at Integrity installed two HVAC units at Christ First Church, in our temporary building. They went above and beyond to get us going! I have nothing but praise for this company. Can't wait to use them again when we build our new church. AAAAA+++++

It is all in the name! Called and had them give me a second opinion as the first estimate from another local vendor didn't seem right. Chris (Owner) came out himself and spent the better part of an hour doing a very thorough diagnostic of my furnace, which another company had told me had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to be replaced. Integrity (Chris) showed me the real time pictures on the inside of the heat exchanger, and both he and his assistant said it looked brand new and was not cracked. Gave the entire system an examination and then a clean bill of health too! Very professional and very courteous. I will use them again and I highly recommend!
These people are outstanding!! They have repaired several coolers for us at our restaurant, they have always answered the phone when I had a question and have always done our repairs in a professional and timely fashion! Great people with great work ethic I would recommend them to anyone

Great and quick service. They helped us out quickly when our A/C went out.
Chris Tate came very quick to our a/c unit not working in our apartment (property management wouldn’t do anything). He diagnosed and fixed our a/c within 30 mins, now that is professional and quick! Will definitely keep going back for any future HVAC issues! 10/10 recommend!
The prompt response was on time But the technicians were not capable of correctly diagnosing the repairs They did replace the suction line as requested as it had a known leak that was discussed they also replaced the high pressure line which was not discussed and stopped up the evaporator which killed the evaporator. Capillary tubes stopped up unit is basically ruined. I called the supervisor he showed up and tried to explain what the techs did and why they did it. When he looked at the system with his gauges he said it might be overcharged and took some gas back out The guy charged us 700$ to edestroy the system oh it was 780 for the work done plus gas part and labor he knocked off 80$ and said he would take 700$ off the price of a new split unit. He never offered to give back the money system is now useless Should have condemned it myself and bought a window unit with the 700$ My wife is making plans to hire a lawyer
Chris was really understanding, very helpful and kind to our situation. It’s nice to see that some people still have a heart and some “Integrity “. Recommend them highly.

Several companies could not do the work we needed done but Integrity was quick about getting it done and the price was very reasonable.
