Came out same day I called. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part needed to fix my A/C, but it came in the next day and they had me up and running. Christian was great very friendly and professional. My wife is now happy which means I’m happy.

Our HVAC went out when it was in a stretch of 90+ degree days. They sent a tech out within hours of our call and had us up and running in about -5 minutes. Great customer service, very helpful and professional.

Denny Mechanical is an incredible company who you can trust to do good work, respectful of you and your property, and won’t try to sell you what you don’t need. We had 2 a/c units go out when it was 100 degrees. They came out same day and was able to repair 1 unit that day and came back the next day with parts for the 2nd unit. Waylon, our technician, worked hard, was respectful, made the repairs as economical as possible, and was concerned about us being without air. We have used this company for about 10 years and we would not use anyone else.
Denney Mechanical is awesome, they were able to get to us in the same day, found the part we needed for our AC and had us back up and running in no time, our service technician Christian was great, very polite, hard working, and showed a sense of urgency to get our unit fixed, couldn't have asked for more, highly recommended, thanks!!!
My AC was not working properly. I contacted 3 companies and they all advised that I needed to have a new compressor installed. The other 2 companies could not give me an exact install date, but told me it would be about a week or so. Denney was able to get to my house and install a new compressor the very next morning. I chose Denney because of the quick response time, even though their quote was a bit higher than the other quotes. However, when the work was performed, the actual charges came in less than the amount quoted and less than the other 2 companies, which shows true integrity. The people are friendly and honest and I will never have a reason to shop around for HVAC services ever again. I highly recommend Denney Mechanical.
Skyler was the technician that came out to check my unit out. His workmanship was very neat and professional. Very nice and explained everything to me in a way I could understand it. All in all I’m very happy with the service

I called for an HVAC inspection and maintenance, and they scheduled an appointment the same day. Their employee Skyler was on-time, professional and polite, and thorough. I highly recommend this company.
They fixed my heating unit and my air unit without having to replace the whole thing, which would have cost me a lot. I was a little upset by how long it took them to fix the AC but it was because my unit had different parts on it that weren't original so they had to go out of their way to find a part that fit my goofy unit. I'm really pleased with it and they apologized multiple times for taking so long.

Our A/C went out today. I called around 2pm and they had someone out within an hour! A/C back up with 20 mins! Very friendly and explained the problem to us. They also had the part on their truck so no waiting. Thanks 😊 😊
My air was down on the hottest day of August. Woke up this morning (today August 20,2019) to a hot stuffy house. I called Denney Mechanical and got their answering service at 6:30 am. I spoke to a real person American English USA! I got a call back from The young lady at the Pleasantview office about 8:30. We talked nobody home at my house all day the air is blowing hot inside and the fan outside was buzzing but not turning. A short time later I got a call from Skyler. He said, “I’ll come by and check it out anyway...today...He did. Called me back with the news...bad motor. Ok let’s do it! When I got home at 6 pm it had been repaired. I turned on the a/c in the house and the fan was turning. In 30 minutes the whole house was chilling again! Great service. No Mess. It was like magic! All I really know about HVAC is that you have to have enough b-t-u’s to cool your b-u-t even if it’s as big as a t-u-b. I have been a customer of Denney Mechanical for many years and they have NEVER let me down. Fast reasonable and professional service. Local and praiseworthy! Thank you again! Sincerely, Brett K

We had our unit installed in 2012 and they have helped us promptly any time we had problems. We have had to call them only twice for service and received a service call quickly. I will definitely continue to use this company.
