High props to Chaz and Logan and the whole Caputo team. They did a lot of work on my older house systems including repiping basement plumbing, both drain and intake, fixed an undersink drain with a reroute and added a PRV. Lots of work; they were always on time, reliable and hard-working and got everything taken care of right. A great local company, highly recommeneded.

I called them on Christmas day on a different issue, they came out a few days later when I scheduled them. Looked at my issue. We came up with a plan. They came back when I scheduled them again. While working on that my hot water heater went out at my house. I asked them when they could come and replace it. He came that same day and fixed the hot water heater for me and my family. They were heaven sent.
My kitchen plumbing clogged up, I called Caputo and they had someone here within 20 minutes. Thankfully, Logan came out and found out what the problem was and was able to fix it. Logan was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Logan. You were awesome!
Repaired our unit within just a few hours of calling on a snowy day when I’m sure everyone was calling. Jaime was very pleasant & professional! He even fixed a smaller unit we hadn’t used in years.
Logan and Chaz are amazing. The entire crew that worked on our house were amazing. I can't say enough great things. Definitely recommend these guys.
I was panicked over the weekend when I discovered a newly installed water heater was spurting water out of pipes. One call and Caputo had someone here within the hour. Logan Scarborough was knowledgeable, patient (with someone who knew nothing!) and took care of the problem quickly, and waited to make sure the repairs took hold. I am a huge Caputo fan! They are the first on my call list.

I have used Caputo a few times for various issues. This week was a "surprise" new water heater installation. Each time they have provided friendly, fast and professional service. Logan Scarborough installed the water heater and brought my water and gas lines up to code. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Caputo.
Caputo did an amazing job! They responded to an emergency A/C call and came out fast to assess my split unit. My A/C system was 26 years old. I decided to replace it with a brand new Goodman split system and it is a major upgrade! They communicate well, perform quality work, and are very professional! Do yourself a favor and call Caputo. Caputo is amazing! We use them a lot at my place of work! They are dependable and always arrive when they say they will. Logan recently installed our new outdoor misting system! Caputo sent a knowledgeable technician (James) out to my house right after I had my HVAC shut down on me. The technician they sent to me was personable, experienced and got right to the issue. He was able to troubleshoot my system while doing all of the repairs and maintenance, providing me with useful information and ways to save money. Great service and an overall great experience.
I have delt with other companies for my HVAC, but never again, Chaz is such a great guy, had a/c unit up and running in no time. I will recommend Caputo to everyone.

Caputo did amazing work! They were very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. I was having issues with my hot water heater and were able to temporarily fix the issue while ordering the part for me. Then came out and replaced the part as soon as it came in. I will be using them again for any issues that I have.
I’ve used Caputo for three years to service my HVAC system - in the spring for AC and in the fall for heater. They’ve always been great and Justin has taken great care of me! When I needed a couple of toilets installed, they were the first call I made. Chaz was on time, did a wonderful job installing the toilets and walked me through a couple of questions I had for him. I’d recommend Caputo for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs and will be using them again in the future.
