We had a commercial system down because of several issues. Trane ordered the boards we needed (overnighted) and David J. installed. Up and going❗️Outstanding service by tech.
Worst customer care service hands down. Bought a commercial unit from Trane for a restaurant in Nashville. After 5 months of being open the unit has never cooled for more than 4-5 days at a time before shutting down. HVAC dealer has been out 10-15 times, changing compressors and doing every trouble shooting technique Trane has recommended. Finally, we requested a service call from an actual Trane Tech. It’s taken two weeks to get someone to come take a look. In the meantime, it’s over 100 degrees outside and all they could offer was a temp cooling unit… at the cost of $750/week. Absolute terrible way to do business… Can’t stop a Trane… Can’t seem to start one either… Take your business elsewhere.
