Had one of your drivers try to run me off the road and then brake check me once I got behind them. Glad I recorded the whole thing! I will be getting in contact with management about the issue as well. Happened Wednesday, June 28. The driver was in truck T-233. Time 5:22pm. Unprofessional. 100%
Great people to work with. Jeff is wonderful in figuring out what was not working in our system and helping us choose the best system for our home. Brandon is another one that is great to work with. Tiffany in the office is great too! I keep track year over year our usage and we v had to replace 2 units, that said our cost went down 35%! They truly will pay for themselves

I have been a loyal customer of Total Group for 20+ years and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and dependable HVAC service. Just finished our winter preventative plan and Clay is top notch.
Cody did an excellent job he was timely professional and courteous. Got the drain unclogged in no time. I certainly recommend them.
I had natural gas shut-off valve (outside furnace) that had slight leaks. I texted the photo to the Total company before I made the appointment. The technician came on August 30, 2022. I want to give 3 feedbacks: (1) Overpriced: The technician put sealant outside on the top of the shut-off valve. Charged $224, including a diagnostic fee of $89 and a service fee of $135, while the actual work took a few minutes. The technician insisted that was their company’s policy. (2) Poor quality: the shut-off valve never stops leaking. See photos for details. (3) Poor customer service: I contacted their customer service. They could make another appointment but would charge the same diagnostic fee of $89 plus whatever applicable. I don’t want to pay the same problem twice. So, I’m finding a different company now. In the meantime, I’m disputing this transaction with my credit card company now for the reason of not meeting my expectation. This is the first time I ever disputed a credit card transaction after using credit cards for more than 20 years.
I have ac problem, called total group, fixation done quickly but charge sky high, changing capacitor and connector charged $649, the worst thing is only two weeks, AC broken again, called other company, they told me newly installed parts failed, spend another money to fix same problem. Asking refund but no respond.
Total Group has been our first choice for our HVAC and plumbing issues and maintenance. Their technicians are professional and friendly, and let us know of issues before they become problems. We have had good experiences with them and plan to continue to use them for our needs.
I have just sent an email with more details for everything. Thank you for reaching out, the service month I requested was on February, I was reassured by the tech that inspected the system, who was in a hurry to leave, that everything was working fine. And unfortunately, after 4 months I'm encountering the same issue. For how expensive the one time payment was, the service was beyond disappointing. Don't trust this company, specially with your HVAC. There is a specific person that works on them. He is not an honest person. Thank God for ARS rescue rooter, my issue is resolved.
Total Group has repaired our heating system and later provided yearly maintenance on our HVAC system. I was impressed with their timely response and their reasonable prices. The technician was friendly and explained things very well. It is tough knowing who you can trust and provide quality work without treating you unfairly. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again!
Harka did an excellent job fixing an issue that another technician errored on. He was on time both occasions he had to come out. He is an excellent AC technician.
Total Group tech. Glen Gray, replaced & reset my nest thermostat. He was very knowledgeable & professional explaining everything with each step, so I could understand how it worked. My hat is off to Glen.
I needed a new HVAC unit. After speaking with Clay McKinney and asking countless questions he was very professional and explained everything to me to where I understood. He went far beyond what I ever expected to get things done. I was very impressed with his hard work to make things fall into place. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Thank you Mr. McKinney for everything you did. I appreciate it far more than words can express.
Had my fall service done today. Made appt with Kassandra. She was very polite and works well with your schedule. On appt day she texted to say she needs to make changes to the schedule. She gave me plenty of notice. In today's world it's hard to find good employees like Kassandra who showed true professionalism. Same can be said about the tech, Harka. He called to let me know he was on his way. Arrived early and went right to work. Total Group should be proud to have these two employees on staff. Thank you for a job well done!
Eric Doerflel is the reason why I'll choose Total Group again and again. He was courteous, professional, and walked me through what needed to be fixed. Everything was explained clearly and perfectly. I was so impressed that I decided to sign-up for maintenance every 6 months to have my HVAC systems maintained by Total Group for as long as I'm living in Nashville. 10/10. Great service. Updated 9/23/2021. Great stuff and still going strong!
Clay was amazing! His knowledge and experience is the best we have found-and we have gone through several HVAC companies and people. When no-one else could figure out what was wrong, he did. I will not have anyone but him work on our system. Five stars is NOT enough! Thank you, Clay!!!
Be careful with Total Group. Definitely focuses on maximizing profits and not providing good service. I have had 5 units installed by Total over the last 12 years and fortunately finally called Trane after my last quote from them for warrenty work on one of the units. Total group is not an authorized Trane dealers according to Trane. Trane recommended against using them for repairs. Trane recommended another local authorized dealer who charged about $1000 less for the work.
Paul diagnosed and later Will and Harka came to repair my AC and did a great job! Unfortunately two days later on a weekend the AC stopped working and I texted Will who was on call and he came and fixed the issue and took care of it and I had cool air again. Thank you Will - you are concerned about the quality of your work! Will made sure that he did not leave until the AC was working to specs. Great Job and Great service!
I have only 3 houses and would not use anyone else Total group is the best! Clay and Paul are highly skilled and you can count on the job being done right. Good value and on time, there is no reason to shop around. Very Highly and Enthusiastically Recommended.
We woke up to find our water heater flooding our garage. I found a couple companies that said they'd try to work us in later if they could. I was referred to Total Group by another plumbing company who could not make it. I spoke with Brandon who took the time to ask detailed questions about what was going on and said they could get a new water heater switched out that same day. As a family of 5 with 3 kids, they really helped us out of a bind! Could not have been more grateful!
