He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was respectful of my home and made sure my gate was secure and locked after he was done. He also made sure my HVAC ran properly before he left. This is not the first time Ive used them and would use them again.

We woke up Christmas morning to 59 degrees in our house and the heat clearly not working. We called and Ronardo was out so quickly to get us back up and running. He was in and out and had our house heating up quickly! Thank you Ronardo for such quick, excellent work!
Heat went out in the ice/snow storm. They helped walk me through a fix and we are good to go! No cold Christmas in this house. Will use them again when my next unit needs replacing.

I have several rentals and use Stewart Enterprises whenever I can because Ronardo and Kenneth have always given me honest assessments of what can be done, reasonable pricing, and they've fixed things other companies couldn't. They don't try to upsell or oversell or sell new units when a fix is advisable or possible. They've gone above and beyond to help me and take time to consider my business needs. They'll talk to me on the phone and help me figure out how to work around issues if possible. I've never worried that they might disappear or not fix something they've installed.
Had a power outage, blew a high voltage wire on the AC, did not have AC for 3 days. Was set up with Stewart Enterprise through my home warranty company. After I put in the service request I got a call the very next day to schedule an appointment. The following morning a technician was at my house and got straight to work. Fixed the problem within a matter of minutes. Our technician Kenneth was very professional and strictly business which I admired. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work
A BIG THANK YOU TO Stewarts Enterprise Heating & Cooling. I called another company prior to calling Stewarts and I wasn't able to get an appointment until days later. What I didn't know is, this worked out in my favor. When I called Stewarts, I was able to get an appointment within a few hours and not days. Thank you Ronardo for your professionalism, patience to explain the reason why my AC unit wasn't cooling as well as providing me with preventive measures to prevent further issues within my control. Also, thank you for your fair pricing, I now know if the other company had availability my services would have been much more expensive. I will be using this company for bi-yearly preventive maintenance and any future repairs. Thanks again Stewarts Enterprise Pricing and Cooling.
They came out the same day, earlier than what they originally said. Quoted me several thousand less than another company and gave me other options after the other company said my only option was replacing my whole unit. They were responsive and had all the work done in Less than a week.
Stewart Enterprises was recommended by our Home Warranty company and I was greatly impressed by their communication, punctuality and professionalism. It took them three tries to get the repairs done, but all was on the up and up and they were great at explaining the process. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.
Ronardo always answers our call and sends help as soon as possible. We needed the floor vents moved due to previous poor planning. Very quick, efficient, and most of all reasonably priced
Good reliable company please with there work
Our home warranty, HWA (which I do not recommend them!) assigned Stewart Enterprises to handle an issue with our air conditioner repair. They were 30 plus minutes late every time, it took several call backs on repairs and just recently realized that a near $1000 repair on our air handler that they installed has a bad coil. It's been less than 6 months and for the 3rd time since June our ac is now out again. When I called them, I was informed it wasn't covered by manufacturers warranty, so now we are out another $730 to get this repair on a supposedly brand new air handler that was installed in August. Never again going with this company! For the last several weeks we have had freon blowing into our house due to this recent issue involving the air handler and it is now empty despite us refilling it in August. This is a health hazard, we have ypung children, and this company didn't seem to care one bit. Anyone but them would probably be better. We are sticking with Mainstream from now on.
