Really bad. Called to have a Remi Halo installed and they said they could do it. A MONTH later on the day of the appointment tell me they would need to owner to come out. Asked when they could do it and the response was literally “we are too busy to do it”. Save yourself time and stress and go somewhere else. Really bad customer service and professionalism.

Joey did an exceptional job removing our old clunker of an HVAC and replacing it with a snappy new one. He was able to fit us in quickly and was personable and responsive throughout the whole process.
Khahn from Sang & Songs did an excellent job both fixing the issues with my AC we were having as well as equipping me for the future and educating me on ways to optimize my AC unit in the home. Great experience!
I had a very good experience with this company when my air conditioner wasn't working. They are professional, on time, and willing to help in any way possible. They even provided an affordable year supply of filters.
This company is super responsive and thorough with their evaluations. Khanh has made multiple trips for easy fixes left by the prior company and each time made sure he explained the ins and outs of the issue and remedies. Sang & sons is a honest company that isn’t trying to just make a buck. Highly recommend!
