Joey and Randy (Joe) came to our rescue when we needed a completely new HVAC system. Not only is this company the best HVAC company I've worked with, but the best company I've worked with in general when it comes to contractors. Joey is one of the kindest people I have ever met, and I've never felt so genuinely looked out for by a hired contractor. It's very apparent they take pride in their work without cutting corners or taking the easy route, which in my experience has been almost impossible to find these days. They have won our business for life, and I look forward to seeing them prosper.
Came within 1 hour of calling, fixed everything, very affordable and super nice!!
I paid Joey Salmon an upfront deposit over seven months ago and he has not done any work... won't return my calls. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ANY MONEY!
Joseph Salmon took payment up front and never completed the job. He avoided all my attempts to contact him. I took him to court and he was ordered to pay me. He stopped halfway through his payments. Since then, several people have reached out with similar stories. PLEASE BE WARNED!

Joseph really knows his HVAC business! Super knowledgeable on his equipment and can repair any issue I have ever had with my HVAC units at my properties.
When some other HVAC companies were all booked up, they suggested I call Joe at Salmon and Sons. That's really all you need to know. I'm glad I did call, because Joe came to the house that night and got our AC running again. He's been fixing HVAC systems for a long time, and I'm glad his company is in East Nashville.
After having a business come out and tell us we need a new unit ASAP and if we turn this one on again it will blow up, we found these guys through a referral and so very happy we did! They made one trip, found the problem, and had it blowing cold again in no time. I highly recommend Salmon & Sons, they won't do you wrong.
If you need HVAC repairs, look no further than Salmon and Sons. Joe, the owner acts as if the customer is his family member who he wants to receive the best service. When our heat wasn't working after I returned from a trip, I was frustrated with my system and worried about finding someone I could trust to fix it at a reasonable cost. Joe helped me get my heat working after an 8pm emergency call - he was kind, cheerful, and patient in explaining the issue and the solution. I can't recommend him enough, and will be calling for my future maintenance and eventual system replacement!
Joseph is all around great. Whenever we are in a bind he’s quick to the scene. He probably the most knowledgeable HVAC person around!

Joseph is AMAZING! He fixed my grandmothers gas leak problem she was having with her stove in the kitchen. Also, he fixed up her 50+ year old gas furnace under the house. Thank you again, Joseph
Joey work is exemplary and could not recommend him any more highly.. one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in nashville and he will take great care of your HVAC, teach you how to maintain it properly and get it working if something goes wrong, keeping you as cold as Christmas in the summer and toasty in the winter ! Don’t hesitate and book him in!
I had problems with communicating, but they reached back out and I would give them another shot in the future.
