You can not go wrong with Roscoe Brown Tech Josh G. He was very informative. He was polite and professional, but not in a know it all way. He answered all my questions. He took the time even though he was at my neighbors for his unit being broken down. We had been discussing what was wrong with his unit all day. Call you won't regret it.

Jack C performed my semi annual maintenance on my HVAC units this past Tuesday and I couldn't be happier with Roscoe Brown and Jack C. Jack was professional, friendly and thorough. He also tolerated my two pups who have no regard for personal space, LOL! I have used Roscoe Brown for several years now and always receive stellar service. Joshua came to my house and installed a washer machine drain, sump pump and fixed a few leaks on a house that we had just bought that a previous company had messed up before we moved in. He went above and beyond for us and did a fabulous job, was very professional and tedious with his work, he double checked things multiple times, fabulous company and workmanship!
