Philip was calm, cool, and collected even while it was raining. He was able to explain the problem to us non-hvac people. Will definitely call when it’s time to buy a new AC unit.

We called these guys last summer and Gage came out same day to fix our downstairs unit. He was super kind, explained everything he was doing, got here when he said he would and the price was very reasonable. Fast forward to this summer and our upstairs unit starts having issues. Again, they came same day. This time it was Phillip. He was equally as kind, informative, and prompt. This is one of the best companies we’ve ever dealt with and by far the best HVAC company. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks y’all!!
Right Time HVAC was timely and professional, I found them by using Thumbtack and we communicated mostly through the app. Adam was sent to my house to help fix my AC he was kind, straightforward, and honest so much so that I am enrolling in Right Time’s care plan. Called Right Time HVAC this morning as our house got up to over 80 degrees. They were so quick came right out this afternoon and had it repaired and serviced within an hour. Phillip was professional and knowledgeable. If you need an HVAC company that is trustworthy I cannot recommend them enough! Their pricing was beyond reasonable. You won’t regret using them for all your HVAC needs.
One of my 2 AC condensers failed this week - first company I called came out right away & said I need $3800 to $13,000 worth of repairs or replacement - I knew something wasn’t right. I found Right Time HVAC on Thumbtack they came out next morning, fixed the problem (capacitor & misc) got it all working for $334. WOW what a difference. 5+ stars all the way

We found Right Time on thumbtack as we are new to the area. Several companies came out to bid our remodel job. We got various “solutions” to our problem, all for various costs. Right Time answered our questions, gave straight answers, and helped us decide on the best solution overall - even though it wasn’t necessarily the easiest. From our first meeting to our final everything went smoothly. They were kind and professional, made sure to communicate well, and even patient with us as we ran into delays with the remodel outside of our control. I can definitely recommend them and will be sure to use them for all our future HVAC needs. Updated: we have now used right time for various projects and maintenance throughout the house. From a new dryer vent, range hood venting, make up air, and ac unit tune ups. They have been fantastic each and every time. We call, they answer quickly and get someone out to either give us a bid or do the work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Seriously, they have been wonderful to work with!
We had an emergency issue come up late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get someone out here within 2 hours and get our unit back up and running! Our tech was very professional and knowledgable. We will definitely use them again in the future!

We've hired the Right Time HVAC for installing an exhaust fan above our kitchen stove, the project was done perfectly and we are happy of their service.
Adam arrived on time and was very courteous. Having a background in AC/R, I found him very knowledgeable. No one wants problems with their AC, but the whole experience with Right Time HVAC has been a good experience. They are timely, knowledgeable, communicate well, and have been a pleasure to deal with! My highest recommendation! Follow up on the above. Once parts were obtained, (which in itself was difficult as this unit is compromised of unobtainium), repairs were made expeditiously. My system is running better than when new! Right Time HVAC are my "go to" for any HVAC maintenance and repair!
