Our technician was Alex. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He addressed our concerns from the beginning and was readily available to answer any questions we had. There was no pressure to make a decision right away and provided an itemized quote of everything we would need. Installation was professional and they cleaned up our home after the install. We are very pleased with our experience with New Horizon Heating and Cooling, LLC.
