We had an HVAC system installed by another HVAC company. Needless to say, we had to turn to a real HVAC company to fix the issues with our system. We have had awesome experience with Maynard over the past few years. And today’s visit to replace (under warranty) the fan motor, was completed by Ken Rettig. Ken’s demeanor, attitude, professionalism was just amazing. He gave us the ‘old school customer service’ that is so lacking in today’s business world. I hope that Maynard is paying Ken well!! He is definitely an asset to their organization.

Saturday morning our AC stopped working in the house after making a terrible noise. I called no less than 10 HVAC companies in the area and decided to go with Maynard after speaking with Ken on the phone. That was the right decision. Ken came out at 8pm on a Saturday and put a plan in place to get the issue resolved. As new home owners we are relieved to have found an HVAC company we can trust. Thanks Ken for your professionalism, timeliness and great attitude.
Maynard's web site says they repair water softener systems but when their repair man showed up he said they do not repair them but sell their own system. I wasted $79. First and last time I will ever call Maynard for anything.
Water heater wasn't working. Guy came out and fixed but installing new heating sensors. A month later, it was kinda working but not very well. Called them out again and a second guy came out, didnt even check what the first guy did and said we needed to buy a new water heater (unit if 5 years old). We questioned that and were charged for a service call even though they did the work and we pay for a maintenance package. We called a reputable plumber and he quickly identified that when the first guy installed the heating sensors he had installed them in reverse, which meant the water heater was shutting off before he could fully heat. Reputable plumber actually fixed the problem for less than we paid Maynard to send a guy out to try to sell us a new water heater.
My experience with Mayard was exceptional. I will absolutely call them again. There is not one thing I could complain about. They were able to come out the same day I called. Brien was professional and transparent. Clint, Dan and Patrick were scheduled and arrived 3 days later. It took them only 2.5 days to move drain lines and toilet lines for two upstairs bathrooms. Clint is very knowledgeable and I was impressed at their ability to collaborate and work together. They were communicative and professional from start to finish. This whole experience has exceeded my expectations and I will only use Maynard going forward.
They took over Watson heating and air which I had warranty (parts and labor on my unit). Technician misdiagnosed repair that wasn't covered by warranty. I paid $800 for this in which didn't fix the problem. Technician came back same day to fix the problem that was covered fully under warranty.
Dustin was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and kind. I felt like I was being advised by a true expert or provided guidance by a friend. Maynard is a trustworthy company with quality technicians. like Dustin. He did an amazing job and I am a happy customer because of it!

I needed a professional tech to check my air quality in a newly leased apartment. I was extremely happy that Maynard was available & affordable. From the Rep to the tech, customer service was Stellar!
Technician Dan Adkins arrived on time & systematically went through diagnosing the cause of the commode blockage. He used a plumber snake and determined the first 6 feet of the drain was not blocked and had to pull the commode out to explore further! He used his drain camera to locate the blockage which Was about 10 feet down the drain where the pvc joined the old cast iron drain system! He proceeded to remove the blockage and reinstalled the commode clean up the area of work! It was a very professional job
Needed a HVAC inspection and they were able to get it done in the same day. Communication was really good as well, by letting me know when the technician was on the way. The technician, Justin, was very and nice and answered all of my questions.
Dan Grammes was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He used deductive reasoning and figured out the problem. The Maynard Man was able to get my home serviced within a few hours with reasonable pricing. Thank you.
Luke was excellent, he was able to identify the problem and fix it for me in no time at all. Will definitely be using them again in the future if I need them again!
So we called Maynard for heat service just a routine cleaning, and come to find out we had a cracked tunnel I can't remember what its called, so James called another person InTo make sure ,ran a camera and showed me,sent in upon my request a person to evaluate the sixe of house and needed dti be done " in case we wanted a new unit" ours is old 17 years any how so far very amazing, on time polite, clean up.Our unit is propane, so they HAD to shut it off we was very blessed in this whole mess.

They saved us from having to replace our water heater! $319 for a new shower cartridge, same day install. Much cheaper than a new unit, which is what one of the major local companies suggested. I felt like they were honest and did good work.
