Electrician arrived on time and completed the installation very quickly and professionally.
Had to have complete air conditioning/heat replaced and Lee Company did a fantastic job of handling this for me. Drew and his partner did a great job and even had old unit picked up for trash same day. I believe in Lee Company -GOOD SERVICE, PERSONAL, HELPFUL. - great business, always rely on them!
I called Lee Company about 8:00 AM. The lady said they would try to get a technician out that day. Greg called me about 1:30 PM and said he would be here in about eight minutes. He was very nice, personable, and professional. He diagnosed the problem with the A/C system, repaired it, and I wrote a check for the repair. All in all, it took about an hour. I highly recommend Lee Company.
Our Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He was there when he said he would be there and he finished the work in about half of the allotted time..
Replaced HVAC. Techs were methodical and worked continuously until the new system was turned on. They asked repeatedly if we had any questions concerning the system...
I have a leak in a "Frost Free" out door fauset and coordination between their trades men, the "office" continue to add to their inability to get an estimate and repair.s
I'm a realtor and contacted Lee Co. for a time sensitive HVAC inspection. They were the only HVAC company that I could find to A) do a rooftop unit inspection B) offer availability within our tight timeframe (4 days). Robby Graves completed the inspection, provided excellent service, answered my bombardment of questions, and wrote a very thorough report. I was even able to call him the following day to ask a follow-up questions. Great service all around!

They wanted 400.00 to unclog a kitchen drain. 225 to put 2 washer in a faucet. Them charged me 80. Just to come out. We called Cedar Bluff plumbing and they did everything for 150. Lee Co. Is a rip off.

It was a good experience from beginning to end We replaced our supply waterline which was a biggie! They sure made it look easy which is a expected from a professional although we know this is a challenge for ourselves Would recommend their company for sure it doesn’t get any better
