Our technician was able to arrive earlier than planned which helped with our busy schedules. He reset the error in our tankless water heater, and gave us some advice on future maintenance. He included a rough idea of such maintenance both verbal and on the written summary. Throughout he was professional but friendly. Excellent work!
Kelly did a great job scheduling Eric, the plumbing service tech to visit one of our jobs to evaluate what needed to be done to install a water line to an outdoor kitchen ice maker, Eric, the service tech, met me within an hour of my call to Kelly and did a great job letting me know what they could do and and Ted did a great job talking with me about what they would do and how much it would cost and how soon the work could be performed... Best maintenance/repair service I have ever used. Courteous and knowledgeable. This week the service man hit the mailbox backing into driveway. It was replaced that afternoon. Doesn't get better than that. Keep up the good work. Very pleased customer. 😀

I had a plumbing maintenance done by Cory Davis. He was very helpful and professional. Explained everything to me of what I needed to watch for. Very friendly and efficient . I would recommend him if you have plumbing issues.
We bought our house in 2021, and it was built in 1980. The previous owners did not have the HVAC ducts ever replaced, the electrical panel replaced, nor the old black copper piping that was all under the house. So to prevent extreme leaks, electrical fires, and to save us energy bills on the HVAC, we contacted Lee Company to see about getting all the work done. All in all, we have our HVAC replaced, our electrical panel replaced, a 240v outlet installed outside to charge our car, new piping ran to the house and throughout, and a dehumidifier installed in our crawlspace. The work took a total of two weeks with HVAC and Electrical working one week, and the Plumbers working the second week. Not only was everyone that we spoke to very professional and kind, but ever project manager worked with our schedules and were on time for their appointments with us. Everything was explained thoroughly by the project managers and there were no hidden fee surprises. The different teams (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) all talked to each other and communicated any potential issues and got everything scheduled between the teams. I cannot say enough amazing things about every technician that came to our house! Every single guy that came out was very polite, professional, and loved our cat lol All of the work done by the teams was impeccable, and everything was cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Lee Company installed a new 5 ton air conditioning system for a residential home. Addition I built. They did an excellent job. Very professional and high quality.
June 5, 2023 Tracy my AC Tech arrived at 7:00 it would be dark at 8:00. He had worked a 12 hour day but found the deep down fortitude to assist me. In 30 minutes he had it blowing snow balls. James
Company notified me before arrival, was very professional and did a thorough check of HVAC System. Ensured all my questions or concerns were completely addressed and made recommendations to improve the quality of my system.
The tech named Quinn went way beyond my expectations/ I had a recessed light two stories up and he crawled into the attic and reached the fixture/ somebody else might have quit!
