We wanted to Thank your company Kuhns Air Conditioning, for the repair work on our Central Heat an Air. Our Central Heat an Air was not working at all. You came out in the morning, and both diagnosed the problem, and repaired our Central Heat an Air, before Noon. Your staff was very honest, knowledgeable an polite, taking time to answer any questions as they worked. I heard a lots of great things about Kuhns Air Conditioning, which is why I chose them.. I am greatful that we got to experience all of the expertise an wisdom first hand. I enjoyed working with Kuhns Air Conditioning. I would refer friends an family alike if they need any work did.

I'm confused you come out look at ac and said you need a new fan in Friday get it ri you Monday. Then Monday come no call. Tuesday come you call but I mistaken you for someone else thought they was another ac out fitter, but later I called and said I do need help then I had to wait till Thursday or Friday they stated, which was Wednesday that was ok. I waited on Thursday no one then Friday I finally called they said they coming after other service calls. Finally they came looked over everything again and said same thing again which we ALL Ready went through last Friday visitbut not collected the money from visit so guess that was all that about to get the service fee. I'm like you knew from last Friday ot was broken and though you was to fix it now which should been Monday no show. Now you tell me another Monday estimation for a new unit from manager. Last Friday I wanted it fixed and he said parts won't be available till Monday. You rather get the service fee instead of doing the job....
I had to purchase a new unit and although I had (literally) a dozen or more questions and or concerns each question or concern was answered with honesty and with much consolation putting me at ease regarding my decision. The technicians that showed up for the installation called to let me know they were in route, once here they were very professional and diligent to get the job completed and done correctly. This is my second interaction with Kuhn Air Conditioning and I have been satisfied each time. I would certainly recommend you call them for your air conditioning needs. B. Brooks

Always prompt and professional. Very reasonably priced with deals for spring and fall tuneups. Been using them routinely for many years. Even at their busiest, they always send someone promptly.
The representative was courteous & professional. He also took the time to explain to me the problem & the options for resolving the issue.

Kuhn air conditioning is the most honest thorough company I could ever have hope to run across. If you are looking for Heating & AC guys to do right then you just found them. Great service, polite service person, as always things are good with Kuhn.
Do not use Kuhn HVAC. They will not stand by their work. I had them come out to fix a small problem with my mini split system. One month later the system started to malfunction again and Kuhn is not willing to come back to make it right. Unprofessional in my eyes. Especially after spending $400 to get it fixed originally. Seems like they only want to make a quick buck and not actually help their customers.

Ed Kuhn has been servicing our home & our two Daughters homes for the past 6 plus years. Ed & his team are prompt, professional, and very Good at fixing whatever issue presents itself. Being a small privately owned family business, they go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Their rates are less than the big Corporate operations that have huge overhead to cover as well. I highly recommend Kuhn Air Conditioning !
The expert efficiency and professional kindness that the technician conducted himself with put me at ease when I had concerns about a potentially costly repair. I am cautious when navigating unfamiliar terrain, and I don’t want to be taken advantage of because of my ignorance of heating systems. The Kuhn AC technician, Richard, explained the various problems and likely causes associated with our 11-year old system, and walked me through the various scenarios of each option for repair. I had confidence in Richard and his knowledge in this industry, and I was able to follow his recommendations without a second thought. I realized that I had made the right call when I contacted Kuhn AC. I will be a long-time customer and will recommend them with confidence to any of my friends and neighbors. Two Thumbs Up!
In the middle of the coldest day in 20 years with an inch of snow on the ground, the heat at the home of my 90-year-old mother went out. Richard was over there before noon and got it up and running. This was not a simple fix, and required a bit of on-the-fly ingenuity, but she has heat tonight. Thank you, thank you!

I was very impressed with Mr. Kuhn. I called and spoke with him and the next day he was at my residence and we discussed my options concerning new units. We decided on the units that I needed. I saw him on Saturday and had them installed on Tuesday. It was one of the most efficient and professional service that has ever been given to me. I would recommend his company if you ever need a new unit.

I had a major air conditioning problem and little money to fix it. Mr Kuhn explained the problem to me and provided three solutions to remedy it. The solution I chose was one that I could afford and the results was an air conditioner delivering cooler air than it had in years. Kuhn A/C are innovative, honest, always on time for appointments and their work is done at a fair price. I highly recommend Kuhn Air Conditioning.
