Jewell Mechanical is absolutely the best! Matt is a professional, knowledgable, and conscientious! He was able to immediately solve problems and advise on possible future ones. It has been a pleasure having him at my residence.
I recently had a new HVAC heating and cooling system installed. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and knowledgeable person than Josh Nollner, with Jewell Mechanical to deal with. I called on Tuesday and Thursday morning the techs, Zach and Chris were at my house ready to install. Great guys to deal with. Josh came by later to make sure all was well. Great team and company.
Tim was great. He was able to get my HVAC unit up and running again.

Josh Soto was extremely professional and helped identify and solve the issue we were having with our HVAC duct. Jewell Mechanical has been helpful and prompt each time we have called and I highly recommend them.
Brian was very professional on his service call today. He was here to replace an A/C coil. He explained everything he was going to do in terms I understood. I would recommend Brian and Jewell to friends.
I cannot thank Chris K. and Zach J. enough for the excellent service they provided in repairing my duct work due to damage done by squirrels that had invaded the basement during the winter and sealing all the joints. I was not able to go to the basement with them so Zach took pictures of the work performed and explained how the repairs were made and promised to email copies for my files. Chris noticed that the compressor did “not sound right” and he told me he would check it out. The problem was loose bolts in the casing which he immediately handled. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely professional. They are great ambassadors for the company.

Jewell Mechanical continues to meet and exceed my expectations. Today I had my annual maintenance and Curly was knowledgeable and very experienced. Nice when your HVAC tech has been in the business for a long time. Jewell Mechanical has done my HVAC work for a year and will also get my plumbing business when I have a need.

The technician that helped us was Brian - he was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough with explaining everything that needed to be done with our HVAC. Jewell Mechanical (and our technician Brian) sets the bar high with their most excellent service. If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend!
We had Brian work on our AC when it went out. He was incredibly helpful, informative, and honest! I didn't feel like he was trying to oversell us on a bunch of unneeded things. He explained what was wrong and our various options, and went out of his way to explain everything (since I don't know much about AC units). Would highly recommend Brian and Jewell Mechanical!
I've used Jewell a few times over the last year since the contractor for our renovation used them to move our A/C unit from one side of our house to the other. I've always found them to be very professional and reasonably priced. Most recently we needed a simple job to replace a part (we had bought the part ourselves but couldn't install it). They sent Josh K out on 4/14 and he knocked it out in about 1.5 hours. He was on time and very friendly (even with our German Shepherd). They charge a flat rate for these types of jobs, so you can ask ahead of time what it will cost and not be worried that you'll get charged for endless hours of work. I'll be using them again for sure.

Christian M. with Jewell Mechanical helped us check a few things over the phone. He took the time to help us get our water heater working once again (it needed to be reset). We really appreciate his help so much! You don't see many businesses like Jewell Mechanical, who go the extra mile to help their customers! I want to recommend 2 excellent technicians at Jewell - Curly and Joshua Soto. My HVAC has been intermittently failing when the heat comes on. Joshua discovered that the problem was an electrical issue with the disconnect box rather than an issue with the HVAC unit itself. I was impressed, as no other technician had been able to figure out the problem for years. I scheduled a time with Jewell to have it replaced, and Curly came and did an amazing job. Curly also spent a lot of time with me afterwards showing me how the fuses fit more tightly in the new disconnect box, which will keep it from generating heat and blowing out fuses in the future. I recommend asking for Curly or Joshua Soto when you call Jewell.
