Disappointed in my service with Hofmann Bros. I was a member of their monthly plan when my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air last year. A tech came out and I was told it needed a new TXV. $2700 later and the air was cool. A month later the same part broke and they fixed it because it was under warranty. I continued to have issues of the house maintaining a temp, it could never get below 75-76 in the hot months, humidity levels in the 80s. After multiple times of a tech coming out I just kept being told my 5 year old unit was “working to the best of its ability.” Fast forward to this year, the same thing happens, AC not blowing cold air. This time Hoffman Bros says it needs a compressor) I decide to get a second opinion and I’m told the unit was filthy (which is included in my HB membership and was not recommended or done by the tech) and the TXV (that HB installed now twice) isn’t metering Freon correctly and it needs a new one. I decide to let this company fix it because I no longer trust HB, at the same time he does say it needs a compressor so I also get that fixed. Now that it’s fixed CORRECTLY my air has never been colder, humidity levels in the house stay below 60%, and I can get the house cooled easily. The new company said a TXV has to be welded in correctly or the components can break and he said the previous TXV looked like it had been welded in by a 5 year old. I’m convinced HB sent out a tech who couldn’t correctly install the TXV the first time which is why it went out a month later and again a year later. I called to cancel my HB membership and talk to someone and was told someone would call back. Guess what, no one called and I got an email my membership was cancelled. Don’t waste your time. Find a local home-owned company who knows what they’re doing.

We love the Hoffmann Brothers! We had a sewage smell that was incredibly hard to pinpoint and Henry and Josh came out multiple times to help find solutions that worked for us. We ended up having to repipe and the team was very professional and thorough and kept us posted throughout the process. Communication has always been great!
Jason was very nice and professional. They did their best and beyond trying to find the leak in my bathroom. I recommend this company to anybody.
I am thoroughly impressed with Hoffman Brothers, and highly recommend Jason! He came to fix my split AC/Heating unit and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, knowledgeable; and kindly took time to explain to me what went wrong, and what he did to fix it. Very good price for the service provided. It was a great experience all around, and we will be calling Hoffman Brothers back in the future!

I have used Hoffman Brothers for multiple repairs over the last several months - I am always pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, and quality work. I made an appointment on Monday for a bathtub drain issue and was able to get on the schedule for first thing Wednesday. The providers arrived at 7:15am and provided a quote for a series of repairs, providing me options based on price and priority. Highly recommend!
The Hoffman Bros. rep (Brandon) was right on time!... was professional!... was courteous! Quality service that I have come to expect.
Thomas was great was never a feeling of a sales call verses fixing an issue. Hoffman Brothers fixes the issue but not over fixes. Great value for your money!!

Henry from Hoffman was Awesome!! Super helpful and respectful listened to all my concerns, spent quality time checking my drain lines and doing a camera inspection, found the problem and recommended a solution. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend giving them a call!!
The tech showed up on time and was very helpful. That know what they can and can’t do. I appreciate that and his honesty upfront they were not able to resolve my issue, but help me find someone that could very nice guy.

Incredible professional service by both Josh and LaQuentin. Were very consultative, provided solutions to long outstanding problems we thought we'd have to live with, and resolved same day. Treated our house and us with respect, and pricing was very reasonable. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a truly positive experience. A++
Billy was one of many people I spoke to about getting our upstairs attic converted space some proper heating/cooling. While most folks focused on selling me a new system, Billy took the time to study the system that was currently existing at my property. He then proposed the best approach for investing into my existing system in a way that would satisfy our current cooling needs and set us up well for future expansion when our current system hit its end of life. Cannot stress enough the patience and pure philosophy that the Hoffman Brothers encourages in their people. Great work & great experience overall !

Hoffman Brothers were phenomenal. The customer service was excellent and I thought the technology was super advanced. We were late for our appointment and Rodney called and was willing to wait. He walked me through the entire process and was very professional. Then after the communication was superb. They will be the only plumber after this delightful experience I will call in the Nashville area for my house and my rentals.
Needed my whole HVAC system replaced. That kind of purchase is never fun, but Hoffmann Bros made it practically painless! Thank you to Nathan and his whole team for being so professional and patient and going above and beyond. They are so helpful and reachable—which I think is key.
