Hiller installed a new HVAC unit at my home over a month ago and we are still having issues. The installation was not performed properly and Hiller cut a hole through my garage to the outside, without my knowledge or permission. When they sent a technician out to repair the shoddy installation they sent the exact same team…. The Project Manager (Dondy) tried to refuse any discount, lied and then begrudgingly offered us a small one because it was clear we were not “happy”. The unit then stopped working three weeks later due to a crack in the pan that occurred during the installation. We were told by repair tech 1 that he would order a new pan, which came in very quickly. Repair tech 2 came out and tried to install what we discovered was the wrong pan. He left after updating us that another new pan would be ordered. It’s now 8 days later…. No additional contacts from Hiller. Their Customer Service Rep said she didn’t see where a new pan had been ordered so she couldn’t provide an update. I have left messages for the Nashville office manager to call me- no response as of yet. And here’s the best part- remember the discount Dondy finally agreed to? It’s not noted on my account anywhere. So- I paid $15,000.00 for Hiller to damage my home, incorrectly install an HVAC unit, both ignore and bully me, make false promises and order (or not order at all) incorrect parts.

Allen, our technician, was amazing! One of the hottest days of the year, he was crawling around in our attic, trying to install new LED lights in our exam room. He was courteous and made great suggestions for efficiency. Best of all, he cleaned up every scrap of dust and material, and took the old broken equipment with him For disposal. Good move Hiller on hiring Allen!

Super great experience! I had Ryan as my electrician and he was able to come on short notice on a holiday, which I really appreciated because my fridge and freezer were thawing. Excellent work too, he taught me how to fix it myself for next time!

They were wonderful and I would highly recommend. Scheduling online was easy. They even called to let me know the technician was running a little behind and would arrive at the later end of the window given. I thought that was above and beyond given the fact he did arrive within the window. Jordan was nice, professional, and immediately identified my issue and had it fixed fast. Every step of my interaction with Hiller was excellent. Thank you for fixing my leaking toilet!

Pricing is extremely high. I was having issues with my heat pump keeping up with the summer temps. Called Hiller and they sent a tech. $260 to search for the leak, it took him less than 5 minutes to find the leak. Turns out my inside coil has a leak. I get quoted $4,500 to replace the coil and was told I need to replace my unit that is 7 years old. Get a quote for a new unit. The units I was quoted for a bottom tiers mid-level, but charging top teir premium brand prices. 2.5 Amana 13.4 SEER, 1 stage = $11k 2.5 ton RUUD 13.2 SEER, 1 stage= $10.9k 2.5 ton Amana 15.2 SEER, 1stage= $15k Which is ridiculously high. I called a local company and was quoted $1,700 to replace the coil. And got a quote for a premium brand Bryant 15.2 SEER, 2 stage for $8,800. Cant see myself calling Hiller ever again after try to overcharge by so much. I get its a business and it needs to make money but this markup is ridiculous

I had two toilets which were hard to flush. One had a broken handle. The fellas from Hiller were professional and took care of the issue. I have great flushing toilets again. I was able to get an appointment right away too. I had guests coming the next day so I was so happy they were able to help me

I have had hiller do several jobs for me over the past several months. The work, for the most part, has been good. The technicians have been professional. My only gripe was my most recent work done. My AC stopped working and was holding water in the basement. The first technician came out, said the condensate pipe was clogged, and flushed the system. I was charged a little over 200. This worked…for less than 12 hours. I called again and a different tech came back out. He stated that the pump was broken. This was replaced, and I was charged 650 dollars. I was a little annoyed that less than 12 hours before, I paid a substantial sum, for it to not be the permanent solution. When I questioned tech #2 about this, he stated that while he understood the frustration, it was non negotiable. Decent companies should say, hey we missed the real problem initially, let’s work with you on the second price, or refund the first. Don’t expect this from hiller. Overall, good work, kind staff, just unwilling to admit their mistakes. EDIT: 6/29/23 13:26 Hiller reached out quickly to resolve this issue with me. They have agreed to refund the initial visit that was unsuccessful. Honestly, I’m impressed. Will be changing my review to 5/5.
