HALO is defintely the type of company that you would expect to use when it comes to Heating & Cooling. I'm very satisfied with their overall service and quality of work. Highly recommend HALO.
1) Knowledgeable technician who was friendly and a good listner. 2) Appointment was scheduled less than 4 hours from initial call. 3) A/C issue was resolved almost immediately. 4) Good communication available over phone/text. 5) LOCAL.
Excellent every way you'd want them to be. Expert customer service, solutions, and products for real life. What is mean is this: They have each time listened to understand, created reasonable & timely solutions not merely for the system but for me & my family, communicated clearly, shown up faster than I could've hoped, and followed up after. WOW. Yes, we definitely recommend Halo & will call on them again in the future if needed.

The 1st time EVER they actually came in and FIXED the AC and not tried to sell me a 5K+ new system. Finally, an AC company i will trust. Can't recommend enough!!
HALO did a great job of installing our new split A/C unit. Part of the installation was in our attic with extremely tight and limited space available. They got it done in quick fashion in extremely hot conditions. They also helped repair some of the older duct work in the attic to insure the new unit would work most efficiently. After the installation, they left the work area spotless. I would definitely not hesitate to use HALO again for additional work.
Halo was very responsive and communicative. They arrrived promptly as scheduled. Their technician performed a thorough assessment and correction of our problem at a reasonable price.
I had one of those monthly service contracts with the governor’s company. They were always trying to sell me something. This last time they told me I needed to replace all of my ducts under the house for $11,000. Fortunately my daughter had used HALO before and told me to call them. Thank goodness I did! The owner of Halo came over and carefully looked at everything, telling me what he was finding as he did. They ended up cleaning all the ducts, repairing the ones that were messed up and installing some new ones for about a third of the other estimate. And HALO did an excellent job. The workers were nice to be around and cleaned up everything. I quickly canceled my monthly service with the other company.
William went out of his way to IMMEDIATELY attend to my a/c issues today, and I was very pleased he was able to fix the problem for awhile longer, until I can afford a new system. He was very friendly and professional, and he took the time to explain exactly what the issue was. Thank you William!
Every time we have needed maintenance or a tune-up for our HVAC system Halo has always been able to send someone out within a day or two. The technicians are friendly and honest on what needs to be repaired and things that can wait, which seems to be rare these days among HVAC companies. We will definitely continue to use Halo in the future.
Halo is a top tier mechanical company. They are very responsive and talented. I would 10/10 Recommend using them for any hvac/gas work or issues.
Chris made the decision making process to purchase a new heat/air unit very easy. He gave us several options with different cost. We are excited to have the new unit installed next week and for Halo Heating & Cooling to service our other units.
One phone call was placed and a service technician responded to my HVAC issues. He was very professional and explained the situation he found. He then explained what repairs were needed as well as the cost and timeframe to do so. I was very happy that my HVAC was repaired, especially during these cold winter months.
