Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!
To ease semi truck drivers pain who’ve never been here before at the light on Elm Hill and Massman turn left then take the first driveway on the right and then the first left. It’s tight to get onto a dock so take your time

Great guys! Levi and Dana are always ready to help. I asked them to add another item to my order after they pulled my stuff and they let me have it quickly in their busy time.
This is the worst service I have experienced in a long time. Walked into the HVAC stores 11:01 on Saturday(1 minute past closing) needing an off the shelf part and the guy would not help me. Just kept saying “we’re closed, get out”! After calling ahead and telling them that I’m driving 40 minutes to pick up this part they would not help. Unprofessional jerk is what this guy was.

Super Slow stuff and bad behavior with customers and most likely alot of drama they well take my money but won't give me my receipt wow. Last time it took them more than 30 minutes to print out a receipt
A cluster if your a trucker delivering or shipping from there.. NOTHING is clearly marked so anyone whos never been here will be lost.. You can find out though by asking 5 different workers who will each be equally as clueless.. Once you've ascertained where your meant to go you'll realize that there's not much room for a large truck to manoeuvre PLUS they have racks and random objects strategically placed right in your way. Once your finally in a dock, go ahead and find a movie to watch cause you'll be there at least 3 hours.. Enjoy
Elm hill pike location is always always always pulling wrong orders and making us wait an hour to get our supply when it’s called in way before we ever get it.. Most of the time I’m not acknowledged when I come up to the counter.. there’s never any confidence in what the people are doing that work there.. and if I could convince my boss to order our stuff from somewhere else that knew what they were doing I would be so glad to never have to go there again
My first time going here I was a little confused but the guys at the front desk helped me every step of the way I look forward to doing more business with them
