Chris made an effort to come out in the later hours to make sure we were taken care of. Very happy with the service provided.
Christopher Larson came out to do a maintenance check. He was very knowledge and courteous. He showed me pictures of how dirty our unit was and what it looks like now after he cleaned it. Huge difference. Would highly recommend Chris and Donelson Air. Thanks for coming out!

Mid-State Tech-Jose & Sales Rep-Matthew are highly professional, courteous and dependable. They showed up as scheduled, analyzed the issue and quickly resolved the problem. I will always recommend Mid-State to anyone who needs AC, heating and plumbing repairs.
Was looking for a new unit to replace my 18 year old unit. Though we did not go with Donaldson Air for a few reasons, Landon was great to work with in the sales process. He was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring an HVAC mechanic Chris Larson to conduct a thorough inspection of my air conditioning unit, and I must say that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The professionalism and expertise displayed by the mechanic were truly impressive, and I highly recommend him. Right from the moment the mechanic arrived, their punctuality and courteous demeanor put me at ease. They introduced themselves and took the time to explain the inspection process in a clear and understandable manner. It was evident that they possessed a deep understanding of HVAC systems and were passionate about their work.
Chris Larson efficiently examined my HVAC unit and explained its condition. He recommended replacing the capacitor within the next six months. He is a polite, knowledgeable, and articulate mechanic.
Did a great job cleaning coils. Found "bacteria growth" thankfully they have a way of destroying that growth. Nik was awesome..my dog loved him. Really broke down what was going on and how they work. Didn't feel pressured to buy any additional service BUT after seeing pictures of my unit..I bought the peace of mind knowing Nik and Donaldson air will keep my unit up and running. Thank you!
Honest business, excellent and skilled plumber on time and all people (from the answer service man, to the office clerk and the plumber) were not only polite but friendly. The plumber even made a video of the pipe that was very clogged, and which he doggedly finally cleared. Anthony is top-rate, and very attentive to making sure he cares for the house, etc. Their BBB rating is well-deserved!

The technician Chris did a great job and he deserves the 5 stars. However the company set the appointment for between 8am and 12pm. No show and I didn't hear anything from them. I texted the numer at 1230 and still no response. Then I called at 3pm and they said someone would be on their way shortly. The communication was terrible this time. But the tech was great once he finally arrived.
