Carl is the best ac Technician I will not have any other company or technician touch my unit. Breaker kept popping came out and got it up and running within 24 hour's of my call hats off to this company.
Well-run HVAC company. They have installed 2 or 3 units for us in rentals, and worked on other rentals and on our own home. They return calls, show up on time, and don't try to upsell me when it doesn't make sense. Highly recommend.
I called and they were here within 15 mins. The AC went out on the Saturday before Father's Day, before the big family gathering. No kidding, they saved the day. They had it patched up and running in maybe 20 mins tops with a temporary fix, festivities commenced, and a permanent solution and parts were installed by today, Tuesday! Professionalism and promptness all around.
Our HVAC went out on a Saturday night. Dylan called us right back and said he could get someone out first thing in the morning. He had someone at my house by 9:30 and we were fixed in about 30 minutes at a reasonable cost!
Carl did a great job was very professional. Dylan was also very responsive.

Brilliant Mechanical came out to my house right away last year when I noticed my house was over 90 degrees and wasn't cooling. My realtor recommended them. They fixed the problem right away at an affordable price. I signed up for their maintenance package this year. They had the best rates and showed up on time. Carl did a great job! He told me about a part that will need to be replaced soon, but didn't try to convince me to do it already. I trust them and will continue to use them.
I needed a new unit installed carl done a great job very professional and very fast from troubleshooting to new install was about 24 hours total would definitely recommend
We had them replace a second AC unit, upstairs in the attic. They did a fantastic job, everything is working perfectly. They also repaired an AC unit at a rental property of ours and again, were prompt, courteous and fixed the problem at a very good price. They're a really good company, and I would highly recommend them for any AC/Heating ob, big or small!
Carl and Luke came and serviced my AC.. Very kind and professional people!! Had my AC fixed in 20 min!
These guys were GREAT. Quick response and very good at keeping us informed of the status of our new system (ordering and shipping, etc.) They were here to install when scheduled and were very polite and knowledgeable!!

Carl was exceptionally professional and knowledgable while troubleshooting my HVAC issues. Not being an HVAC expert at all myself, Carl was very patient in answering my questions and ensuring I understood the problem at hand, and his suggestions for options moving forward were very clear and detailed. These guys are very professional and do a very great job. Carl was at our house when they said he would be and fixed the issue timely. Dylan, the owner, is great to deal with and have trusted his company on other occasions to fix our AC/heat units. They are on the upside for pricing but like anything in this world you pay for quality. I've never had to call them to redo any work.
