Josh gave a 5-star customer service experience. I explained that we were having trouble with TRANE giving us long delays for parts and leaving us stuck with no options and he assisted me in looking for an aftermarket option that would help us get our client underway. 5 stars
Called Monday morning asked for a part said yes they have and will place it in will call. Show up at lunch to get my part and they said they don't have any record of it...
You say you open on Saturday from 8am to 12noon. However no one is here. Bad business...

Called to ask about a part here in Nashville TN (wanted to buy locally). Talked to a guy named Mike (not a friendly dude) Was told that if i don't gave an account he can"t help me at all. Never mind that i have my own HVAC licensed bussiness and have been around for the last 20+ years. I guess if you want to pay cash this is not the place to go. Anyways purchased part from ebay (cheaper and free shipping)
